What a fun workout! It really is as advertised.. some songs get your heart rate up and some are aimed more at toning.. I even had fun with the ab dvd! Even though you're dancing, you'll feel it in your waist and legs the next day! I didn't find moves hard to follow but was a little slow the first time around. The second time I was able to keep up better and the third time around I was right on! The 10 day workout/diet is reasonable.. you aren't starving or overexerting yourself.
A Hip Shaking Workout

I bought the product. I loved it, at first it's hard to catch the moves, but once you catch the moves, what a workout and then it doesn't feel like working out. I sweated from the top of my head all throughout my body, so it's an effective workout.

I love these workouts. You have to make a conscious effort to make use of your abs and such.. but you can get a pretty good workout here that's fun. It's not HARD .. Nothing like.. oh say-- the FIRM workouts or Cathe.. But It's not easy either.. like a lot of the ball workouts. It gets my heart rate up.. I sweat-- and I enjoy myself. Although.. I love to dance and dance all the time :-D The first day I did it.. I thought I was done-- but I did feel sore the next day. Also-- if you just want to refresh your latin dance steps.. It's a great buy! :-) I can see where beginners would have a hard time though.. My boyfriend had a hard time with this set-- but he was sweating a TON and it got him curious to learn more about latin dance*
