I've been using zone pilates for a few weeks now and can really see a difference in my body. Great for beginners like myself. Workout is simply and easy to follow, and comfortable to use.

I will make this short, the product isnt worth the effort. On top of that their shipping charges are extreme, almost as much as the system. Then try and get a refund - I'm still waiting!!!
