I found the workouts to be pretty boring and the instructors a bit annoying. I used it for like a week and never want to look at it again. Not for me anyways.

I am 24 and have gotten very out of shape and with that came lots of aches and pains, that is until yoga booty ballet. I love it! I feel beautiful after doing it and confident. I look forward to my workout and try to fit it in as early as I can because I love it that much. It is not for those who don't like to dance though, you wouldn't enjoy it. I feel it working my whole body, not just my booty. In the first 3-4 days I lost 5 pounds, without dieting, felt my clothes fitting different and lost 2 inches in my waist. It is a keeper for me. When I started I was 283 pounds, so anyone can do it. The first day was hard because of the aches in my hip and ankles but each day I could do a little more. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be healthy and feel beautiful. Definitely worth every dime.

I feel that YBB is just movement, which is great if you need to start slowly. Once you are past that stage, though, YBB is just another trendy program where you sweat (a little), feel the burn (slightly), and look exactly the same months later. The yoga sequences are intermediate and poorly explained (inappropriate for beginners), while the aerobic dance sequence racks your brain but leaves your body cold. The ballet section is just standing rear straight leg lifts - okay for the booty, but last I checked, the booty often sits atop two jiggly legs that also need exercise, correct? I couldn't believe this was the best they could come up with! The instructors try so hard to be folksy, but the fact that they have these smashing bodies that you KNOW they didn't get doing this kind of workout just made them seem condescending. If you like the dance concept, want to feel like you're in on the lastest thing, and look to the instructor for fun and motivation, I recommend Try Turbo Jam. It can be done with no impact, and you get visible results starting right from the beginner level.

I have been doing the goddess booty and abs. Wow,what a burn, I definately can feel muscles i never knew existed, and i have never stuck to something this long,so I do enjoy it,yes they are funny sometime, but that keeps me going,I would love to have a body like theirs,so there is my motivation. I may curse at the TV during workouts, but it helps :)

I bought YBB about 6 months ago. I am 27 and in pretty good shape from taking aerobic classes at a local gym. I recently moved so it is not convenient to go to the gym anymore so I bought YBB to do on my own. It is a fun workout but not intense enough to even break a sweat. I can't imagine it burns enough calories to eat an extra apple a day. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a very light, fun workout. Also, the booty firming moves are just not intense enough to firm the way they claim.

I have all the videos in this series I could find and I love them. I don't consider 30-35 minutes too long of a workout. The extra LIVE! DVDs are better than the beginner ones, and I like the different dance styles. The only one that was intolerable was the Go-Go's one. My two favorites are Cardio Caberet and Bollywood. Yeah the gals are silly but just ignore them. I don't bother with the Meditation stuff--you can skip past it. Overall, these are my favorite workout videos.

I have been doing YBB now for a bit over 3 weeks and absolutely LOVE it! It is easy to follow and so much fun. Gillian is a bit annoying with her weird noises but Teigh makes up for it. This is fast faced and so much fun that you don't realize you are even working out. I have tried a ton of prroducts and this one seems to keep my interest.

This is the workout I use when I don't want to workout. Yes, it's cheesy. Yes, it's corny *However*, and this is the most important thing--it's fun! The cardiomoves are easy, the ballet really works my rear end, and the yoga gives me a good stretch. Everyone looks like they're having a great time and then I end up having a great time and getting in my workout at the same time. It's not for everyone, but I think it's a keeper for me.

YBB is fun and enjoyable. I like the steps and routines. I really enjoy the yoga segment as it helps me relax after a day filled with work, school and running around after my little one. This work out may not be for every one, but as for me, its great, not too hard to learn and easy to follow

I'm 27 and trying to lose about 40 lbs that I've gained since having children. While these videos may feel strange to do with other people around, they're fun and very effective. I've tried lots of videos and I go to classes at the gym. Not only are these the only videos I have that keep me coming back, but they give the best but workout ever. I have never done a routine anywhere that isolates and works the hips and butt while still being something a beginner can do. I ordered some of the supplemental videos [] after using the initial set for a few months. I would reccomend these to anyone who wants to have fun and get a great workout!

I absolutely love these videos. They do work as long as you stick with it. They have helped me go from a size 20/22 to a 10 in less than a year and that did not include a strict diet. I have recommended them to friends and coworkers.

I was not impressed with this product at all. It is definitely not worth the money. I can't see myself doing this video more than a few times. The music is not as energetic as advertised. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the ybb live series. The workouts are fun and easy to follow. This is a great series for people who love variety and get bored during traditional workouts.

Pretty much.. in this workout-- you listen to funny music.. and act like a spaz for about 30 minutes.... Did I really need to pay for that?? I got no workout from this-- I've done ballet before.. They have the leg movements down with a few wobbles and improper form (purposely.. the goal is to be loose). I think they should have called it "Modern Dance" .. and the yoga.. These people are way too goofy for yoga.

The video is great for like teenagers getting in fit, but not mid 20's. The workout was long but the moves were kind of fun. It did not focus on hardly anything but legs. Overall, don't invest in the video, you will do it once or twice and never want to see it again.
