I have a disability and I started using Winsor Pilates in '05' and doing it for months and even buying new tapes family & friends saw the results. My unbalanced body was lengthened and almost straight just by doing this five times a week. I can't live without this.

This is a great product! When I called, they offered me three extra DVD's for buns and thighs, upper body sculpt and an advanced DVD. If I hadn't have purchased these extra's I probably would not be satisfied with just the minimam video's they show on TV. The leg sculpt really targets and tones each part of your leg and thigh. You can really feel the burn! This is really a great product and I recommend that people spend the extra $19 on the extra DVD's because they make all the difference. Winsor Pilates will help you feel long, lean and strong! They aren't boring to me at all, they have done wonders for my body!

I had the Winsor Pilates 3 DVD Workout Set a couple of years ago and it worked fine for me. The directions were clear and given at a good pace (I hate home videos that give you very s..l..o..w.. directions). You get a nice stretch of you main muscles on your body and you do feel those 20 or 40 minutes on the floor 3 times a week. Of course, any person with some sense of logic knows that there is no way you will drop pounds and pounds away just by doing pilates three times a week. I sure didn't expect that...

I love Winsor Pilates! At first I hated it. The dvd is boring and seems kind of unchallenging. Having 2 little kids and no other way to get a workout I kept at it anyway. I lost 1-3 pounds a week! I am so glad I kept using it. I did the workouts 5-7 times a week. I didn't change my eating habits at all. I lost 25 pounds! I quit doing it when I lost the 25 lbs. because I was getting bored with the tapes. But I am going to start it up again to lose those last few pounds. I do think the videos are a little slow and boring but it did work for me. I have a bad neck and this did hurt my neck more. I would say if you have neck problems to skip this video or just keep your head on the floor instead of lifting it as they suggest.

I really enjoy Winsor Pilates. I have several of the dvd. It does not make you sweat much, but it tones your abs and legs. Some of the exercises are very easy while other can be a bit challenging if you are not flexible. I do Winsor Pilates a few times a week, in addition to running 3 miles. If you don't see immediate results do not give up.

I'm close to 50 .. I purchased the $50 DVD set almost 2 years ago. I do yoga regularly and don't need a video to get a long good workout in. I found this (these) workouts to be pretty effective for the abs and hips - but after about 4 weeks I was pretty bored with the short workouts. I still put it on now and then and get reminded that I don't work my abs enough :), athough I use some of the moves in my yoga practice, just not often enough. Anyway, if you're diligent it will work for the abs (better than crunches). However, if you're a 30 something person that works out pretty regularly you won't find this very challenging; athough if you don't know any Pilates and want to add a few moves for the abs and hips it's fairly informative.

I bought this product in April and it didn't arrive until June of last year. I used Winsor Pilates for over two months. I wasn't impressed. Yeah, it helped a little bit, but not as much as it claimed to. Plus, the company charged me for DVDs that never arrived at my house. A whole big ordeal with the bank. Poo on Winsor Pilates.

I was not that impressed with windsor pilates. I wasn't expecting an aerobic/dance tape and i felt the floor exercises were not that challenging and quite boring. I used it for awhile but went back to what i find more of a challenge and what works for me and sorry to say its not windsor pilates.

I decided to try Windsor Pilates for the first time in 2001 after I gained 30 lbs my senior year of high school, and I must say I was pretty satisfied, having lost some of the weight and dropping back to my original pants size. However back then, I only ordered the package with 2 video cassettes so I grew bored with it and stopped. I ended up gaining back all of the weight so a few months ago, I decided to order a bigger package, that has dvd's for target areas and different, more enjoyable workouts. My metabolism isn't what it used to be so my results aren't as quick as they used to be. I am noticing a difference with each week that I do them, and I would recommend this program to others. All it takes is a little consistency, patience and discipline to get to where you want to be.

I bought this video because I wanted to try pilates. This is not what I expected at all. The first tape was just an aerobic tape, which I'm not real fit, but found it quite easy. The second tape was using the pilates circle, and doing mostly floor excerises, i also found this quite easy, and laughed at the end of it. I had to put in another one of my exercise tape to feel like I did some kind of exercise. Any way, I found it to be a waste of money, then the company sent me 2 more tapes, which I didnt expect, and billed my original credit card, that went right back to the company.

In the summer of 2004 I started Windsor Pilates. I would do the 20 minute workout everyday. For me it was very easy to do and I felt relaxed afterwards. In one month I went from a size 11 to a size 8. I don't think I lost a lot of pounds but it obviously tightened me up. I'm back to using it now after having a baby and it is very difficult. I can tell it's getting my stomach together though. I do the Advanced Body Slimming now, because the 20 min is too easy and the advanced is too long. ABS is 20 min and challenging and leaves me sweating afterwards because you move from move to move quickly. If you want to shape up your body this will work for you.

I bought Winsor Pilates from the infomercial. I tried the program to get going, but found that it was too much for a Pilates novice. I bought a beginner pilates dvd and did that for several months and have started back with Winsor Pilates. I actually really love it. Mari's 45 minute workout is killer. My body is longer and my abs are stronger than ever. I'm adding cardio in to lose the last few pounds but I'm a Pilates convert so I believe this one is worth trying.

This program is great for those who are uncomfortable with weights or very intense toning exercises. You must do some aerobic exercises to see weight loss, but it will help with toning and core strength. I personally hate crunches and find this more doable and easier on my body. It is also a good way to stretch and cool down. Definitely recommend to anyone, but don't expect to lose 2 pounds a week from doing this 20 minute exercise 3 times a week.

I Love Winsor Pilates!! I had a C-section 4 years ago and my abs look better than prior to my second pregnancy. Great exercise collection. Highly recommend it.

I only got the 20 minute video of the Winsor Pilates to add to my regular workout routine. While I wouldn't say that this is the only thing you need to lose weight or get in shape, I would say that it is a very important addition to any workout schedule. It was easy to pop in the DVD and do my 20 mins 3 times a week and it made my abs look and feel great!

I ordered this product as I do most fitness tapes on TV. I get bored very quickly so I'm always willing to try the next new thing. Windsor Pilates upset because the infomercial was VERY misleading. They keep saying with "just 20 minutes a day 3 days a week" you'll lose all this weight. Then when you get the program. It says that if you really want to lose weight, you need to do the hour long workout at least 5 days a week with cardio. Well, I didn't need to purchase this for that. I did feel very well stretched with this workout and my abs look better. I would recommend it for toning but definitely not for weight loss.

I purchased Mari's Windsor Pilates tapes in December 2004 to tone and strengthen my abs due to a recent surgery in November 2003. I use the tapes two/three times a week and the results are fabulous! I highly recommend Pilates. In the first few months, I was somewhat frustrated due to the slow weight loss. However, after losing three dress sizes and a gain in muscle tone more than makes up the difference.

I've excercised with this video 4-5 times a week for a month and a half now, and I don't see any results in my size or weight, even though I feel more stretched and refreshed after the workout. Maybe it takes longer to see physical results....

I love this work out video. You get a great workout without feeling like you are working out! It does get a little old after a while and it takes time to see results but it works!
