This took me awhile to learn how to use this correctly & now I am a pro at it. Does anyone know that you can crop your pics in this site? Thats helpful if you want one persons photo & then it becomes larger. A few people in one pic can be too small. Play around with it & you'll be surprised what you can do yourself. My sister loves the photo's that I gave to her. My teens love it too...to show thier friends off.

Purchased from []. Hooked up, downloaded beautifully. Pictures grainy, but for the $, it's okay. Here's we went bad. Technical Support on-line chat was so helpful. They walked me through every possible problem that I was having with attempting to download a new/more pics, the screen was blank and Windows was saying there was a malfunction! After a lot of effort, tech sent me to customer service, as if that's what they are, because the instruction manual states to do not return to place of purchase. Customer service said, after much pushing on my part, that they would send me a new product as a courtesy to me even though I did not purchase through them. Great, right?! No, they wanted me to pay to ship it back (okay), but then wanted me to pay the $5.95 S&H for the new one. Are you kidding. were are surpassing the original purchase price of this piece of junk? They were rude and unhelpful and wouldn't refer anyone to this product just because of their horrid service.

I purchased this product last week. When I connected it to my PC, I received an error message that my system detected the Worm.win32.autorun.enn virus. One of the files installed on the Wallet Pix, Imgtask.exe is infected with the virus. I contacted Tech Support who told me they would escalate the problem and after a week I contacted them only to be told they dont know how to fix the problem. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be returning the product!!

What a rip off. As others mentioned, the software will not install. When I contacted support, all they were interested in was whether a warranty form was included in the package and offered no effort to provide assistance whatsoever. Although the package says not to return it to the place of purchase, I plan to return the unit to [] and demand a refund. Product is a rip off, don't waste your money or time.

I recommend not buying this product. I bought one for my mom who lives out of state so when she talks about her kids and grandkids she would be able to have photos on-hand to show people. I was extremely disppointed in the quality of the pictures, they are washed out and hard to see. A little fuzzy. If I coudl do it over again I would not buy this or give it as a gift!!

Rec'd 1 more xmas. After downloaded the pics, the thing does't hold its charge. Twice after it being shut off I had to put in NEW batteries. I called and they sent out a new one. Now this one DOESN"T work at all. Can't get the screen to download so I can load pics. Technical support is useless. They say they will get back to you in 24-48 hours and it still is unresolved. I called Customer Service and they are even worse, telling me my warranty is expired and they can't do anything for me and to contact technical support. A vicious circle that sucks!

We got the 2 for 1 offer essentially for my mom. We send her one with new pictures of family, grandkids etc then when we mail her the other one with new pictures, she sends the other back to us. And we put new pictures on that one. The interface is very easy to use, just takes a few minutes. The pictures on the device are good quality, not excellent but for something to carry in your pocket or purse, this is simply a great value. I highly recommend it.

Got my Wallet Pix today, and for what it is, I'm thrilled. For a 1" screen, the photos are as clear as they are on my PC. The USB connection worked perfectly, the software downloaded correctly and it was easy to load and order my pics. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

I received this as a gift, The packaging was nifty. Especially what it claimed to do. The photo size and quality is not how the infomercial portrays. Both are horrible. The photo quality is nothing to brag about. Although, it is something else to lose in your purse. My bit of info, save your money! Buy a memory card for your cell phone and show off your photos that way. Much better quality :)

The size of the picture on the protective film covering the actual screen is much bigger than the actual screen. This misleads the purchaser as to screen size. The screen clarity is poor resulting in fuzy pictures. In my opinion it is a waste of money. I was totally mislead by the advertisement and disappointed.

Didn't work out of the box. Customer service not helpful; told me the best they could do was for me to wrap device, go to post office, pay postage, include check for $6.96 and they would send replacement. When they found out that it was a retail gift I was told to return it to the store. I live near Chicago; purchase was near Madison, WI. Is that realistic???? Don't waste your money on this junk......

I bought two wallet pix for christmas gifts and they are junk! It doesn't even download the software so I can download pictures. Please don't waste your time or money on this product. I wouldn't even give it one star but the rating system has to.

It plugs in and states that its software has to have administrative rights to run. I ran it with administrative rights thinking that it would install what it needed and that's it. Nope, I have to run it with administrative rights every time I want to use it. Sounds like they skimped on the hardware needed to make it USB mass storage compliant. As a network admin this is a mortal sin in my book, they need to fix this or burn in hell.

I bought this to send to someone out of state, though the screen was small it downloaded my pictures. I am considering it for a gift for someone else now.

Received this for Christmas a few days ago and it stinks. The picture quality is bad, my pictures are all dark & only take up half the screen. Do not buy!

I had no problem uploading pics to it, but the quality looks nothing like the infomercial. The pictures are very fuzzy and really a waste of time to put on there!

I received the wallet pix for christmas and love it. It's small, holds 59 pictures and fits perfect in my purse! I think the price is resonable and is very easy to use. Everyone I've shown it to plans to purchase one in the future.

Received the cute Wallet Pix for Christmas. The "Wallet Pix" software doesn't load onto my PC when I connect it with the USB cable, so I can't add photos. I can't get in touch with the Support. Disappointed big time! The screen is a little smaller than the advertisement on TV and the box, but without seeing my photos, how can I know? Wah.

It does not work. The software does not start. I think it's not installed. I tried to get in touch with the technical support several times, but they never contacted me. There is no way to installed the missing software from their website. I was very disappointed.
