After buying a pair of $365 custom orthopedics from a podiatrist, and over the years from the local pharmacy amounting into hundreds of dollars. I bought a pair of these from [] of about 16 bucks. At first I was skeptical about this junk but, hey I spent hundreds of dollars on the other junk insoles to. To my surprise, they work better than anything I own. The support under my arch has not hurt since I put this in. At first they do take a little getting use to, for me about a week. But, Wow comfort for 16 bucks and they don't need to be replaced. Oh, my 365. dollar pair sits in a pair of shoes I use once in a while. Great product for some but maybe not for all. Buy them on [] if you don't like them re-sell them.

After buying one pair of $300 custom orthotics from a podiatrist for awful pain in both my heels, I tried the Walk Fits. For the price, I figured it was worth a shot. It's been at least 5 years now, and I've reordered 6 more pairs (so I could just leave them in all my shoes instead of switching them around, none of them has worn out.) I keep the expensive custom set in just one pair of sneakers I rarely wear. I use the Walk Fits about 25 days a month. These things really do work! It took several months for my plantar fascitis to clear up, and I haven't had a recurrence (even though I've had the problem come and go over the years prior to keeping orthotics in all my shoes.) I was surprised that cheap crap from an infomercial actually does the job they promise.

I ordered these a couple of years ago and as soon as I started using them I started getting cramps and spasms in my feet the likes of which I never had before. I still do occasionally get these cramps even after not having used them for years. I do have some problems with cold feet and they do warn you on a small insert that if you have circulatory problems not to use them but who reads everything that comes with it, Also there is no warning on the website or the infomercial so I am warning you to read and be very careful!

I have been a fitness instructor for over 20 years and developed very painful plantar faciatis and could not teach my classes, compounded by the fact that I am also a roller derby girl and could not skate! After a week of using the incerts, I was back to teaching and skating pain free! Of course, I had to work thru the break in period, but I know if I gave up I would not be back in action! They fit in all my sneakers AND in my skates very nicely and do not slide even during kickboxing! I highly recommend the product!

There is a break in period for the product. Which I was disappointed to find out could take up to weeks. But once I used it I was actually happy. I haven't had any foot pain since I've gotten past the break in period, which was only about a week.

Im a police officer on my feet all day. Sufferred from Planter fascitius and a sore hip after long drives I missed 9 days of work due to this. I tried these figuring I had nothing to lose....WOW..the hip pain went away in three days . I noticed an immediate improvement in my leg and back pain. I go home from work with a bounce in my step that I didnt have before. I havent had the planter fascitius in over one year. I wear these every day. A little painful in the begginning but after a few weeks you dont notice it. Besides the pain in my back and legs went away so they work great. Best thing I ever bought

The product is no better than what can be purchased on the footcare aisle at the local discount store. The concern here is that the company, once in possession of your credit card info, enrolls you in a series of subscriptions for vitamins and foot creams. The "letter" they supposedly sent to inform me of this was not in my package and calls to correct the matter have gone unresolved. My bank opened an investigation and concluded that they had made unauthorized charges against my account and the USPS is evaluating charges against them. Beware!

This product is for those people who have sore arches. It comes in three height sizes. It is firm, but it is designed that way. The directions need to be followed...limiting use first few days. I went to physical therapy and was told they were what I needed. Give them a try. $20 plus shipping is cheaper than other foot orthotics offered on tv through a specific foot store.

I'm glad to see a website dedicated to expose all the scams being peddled out there in TV land. With respect to the Walk Fit inserts. I bought them a few years ago. While it is true you do feel a difference in the way you walk, that difference feels more like a discomfort in the arch of your foot. I followed their suggestions and even tried different shoes. No go, might as well buy shoes with arch support. They are cheaper and work better than these inserts. Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage!

we bought 2 and they were very painful to wear. we wore them like they said a little at a time.my girlfriend actually hurt her back so we sent them back and had to pay for the S&H which by far pays for there product with a healthy profit!! Think twice before you buy!!

My feet were always sore. My Doctor examined my feet and told me that I needed arch support. He gave me a RX for orthonics but said they were expensive, so I should try off the shelf items first. None of these worked so I tried Walkfit. Wow! This is the best product I ever bought from an Infomercial. They work.

I'm surprised that so many people had problems with their inserts. I've been wearing mine for almost 2 years, and my foot/leg pain is pretty much gone, except for a few occasional aches. My only complaints are: 1--They are not as durable as they appear in the commercial. The heels of mine began cracking after less than a year of normal wearing. Forget rolling over it with that steamroller. 2--My feet got so dependent on that arch support that now my feet hurt just walking around in socks. Overall, I love mine, but I'm sick of having to replace them every 9 months.

I run every day and started getting really bad shin splints. I don't wear these all the time, but when I wear them for running I don't get shin splints. The first time I put them in, the pain from the splints went away almost immediately- it was really weird!

I agree with Carol, the person above. These work well if you have Plantar Facitus, just give them some time. They are supposed to be hard, that is what gives your arch the support! You will not even feel them after a while. I can now also remove them for extended periods, this tells me my problem is much less severe than it was. The doctor suggested orthotics, I saw these in [], and I am glad I saved a bunch of money over the custom ones.

I purchased this product in early November last year for my wife. She tried it for less than half and hour because it hurt her foot. That pain lasted for days. The product itself arrived in a thin plastic bag that was crammed full of their junk and them plastered together with boxing tape. Buyer, beware. Getting our money back and getting them to stop charging our card has STILL not been concluded, and it is 3 months later.

I have been using the walkfit inserts for 6 months and I have mixed reviews.I think I should feel as good as the folks on the infomercial and I don't. They don't warn you about the body aches from an old posture to the new improved posture and when that'll stop. I can't say if I'm walking fit or doing more damage to my body. My arches do burn frequently and my feet get tired so I take them out. I have not increased the support and would not purchase addtional inserts.

I tried the Dr. Scholls solutions, the Podiatrist cortisone shots, staying off my feet - nothing worked to make the pain of my plantar faciitis go away. The WalkFit inserts from Phase 4 were the first and only thing I could stand wearing for an extended period of time. I have fairly flat feet and the adjustable arch inserts were great. After a few months of wearing the lowest insert, I moved up to the middle height and felt even better. Now, with stretching and realizing I needed to get rid of old shoes (I am a supinator when I walk) and buy better supporting ones, I do not need the inserts all the time. If I have any complaints at all it is that they don't fit in all shoes and what to do about sandals - perhaps if they were clear instead of white that might help the aethetics.

This is one of the worst products on the market! The orthotics don't fit into shoes well at all and are hard as stone. A horrible waste of money.

I suffer of heel ache; sometimes it is so painful that I can’t even walk. I really had hope in this product and I try. They made my feet worse than ever, actually I could not wear them for more that 30 minutes, they are very uncomfortable.
