I'm 72 and purchased the 3-mile video about 3 mos. ago and do the routine about 5-6 times weekly. I use the dumbells instead of the belt. It has lowered my blood pressure a bit and I really feel great after the workout.

I brought this product a few years ago I swear working out couldnt be easier. The workouts are easy to do and it doesnt leave you feeling like your going to pass out. The one thing I would change out this is the boring chatter but I just put my earphones on and keep going!!!

This is a good basic workout with a friendly, encouraging instructor. I do get a little tired of the patter, but my husband and I now just talk along with them, and it helps us keep track of where we are in the workout! I also replace the belt with dumbbells, and find I get a better workout, but the belt works well too. This is my "go-to" workout, especially on days when I don't feel super energized or excited about working out.

I love this video. I've replaced the belt for weights which helps to burn more calories and increase upper body toning. I also jog during the 2nd mile. It's just a great workout.
