Thwe programs from the CD's are so squirrely these have caused me to re-build two machines. Calls to the tech support v-mailbox were never returned. I shredded the disks. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Product medicocre - lawsuit crazy

10/23/2007 - Louis of California, USA writes:

I ordered the Outlook Integration product. I would give it a C+. Not as good as buying a Dummies book for $20. But this was free, right? Wrong. Just look at infomercialscams for details. Really pissed me off. I just read an article that a law firm is looking to file a class action against them, and may represent some of the people sued by them for free. Check out []. The press release I saw on [].

This product sucks

9/24/2007 - Ryan of South Carolina, USA writes:

Deceptive sales approach. I do not recommend using this product. They charged my credit card after i tried the "free" video. I don't recommend at all. The internet is full of great tutorials so don't waste your money or time. Just use google.

quality: ok, finance hassles, not worth it

9/4/2007 - Sandra of Washington, USA writes:

When I called, there was pressure to buy a series of lessons and other things. I bought one series of lessons, and decided to cancel in the middle of the series. They cancelled ok, but when I talked to my credit card company, I was told that they were among the worst companies to deal with to stop billing. The quality of instruction is not worth the hassle. They have a very aggressive sales pitch, even when you want to cancel.

FrontPage

8/7/2007 - Tom of Ohio, USA writes:

I bought Frontpage off an on-line auction to help me in a course I'm taking. I find I learn more with the Video Professor than with the Shelly Cashman Series' textbook that I have to use for the course. Then again, I'm not too impressed with the Shelly Cashman textbook. I don't like the small screen that VP uses though.

So easy to learn with

5/26/2007 - Ladd of Arizona, USA writes:

I tried Video Professor 3 years ago and have used them ever since. My wife wanted me to teach her, I knew I couldn't do that so I had her try Video Professor and she loved it. I read some of these reviews and these people must have used some other product because Video Professor is the fastest way to learn to operated your computer just like the commercial says. I highly recommend it.

Not free

3/14/2007 - Laura of Arizona, USA writes:

This was a waste of money! I ordered it and got charged the shipping and handling plus a few extras! The videos are ok if you don't even know how to turn on a computer. After trying it for a few days i decided to return it and found out later that my credit card was not only charged the s&h but also $69.99 for supposedly other dvd's i never ordered. I am still waiting on them to credit my credit card for the items i never ordered or recieved. It's been months now so i guess im SOL on getting any money back. Don't waste your money!

Barely So So

11/11/2006 - Michael of Washington, USA writes:

I got the CD set for windows. I did learn a little but not worth the high price for the subsequent CD sets. It was worth the price for the S&H but no more.

Caution

10/23/2006 - Don of California, USA writes:

You need to read everything that they send you or you will get stuck with paying for a free video with more coming every month. This is unethical business practice and a way to make money on people that don't read the fine print. Do a search of Video Professor Scam. Fortunately I read the fine print but it was still a hassle.

2/1/2006 - Chris of Washington DC, USA writes:

#1 computer trainer

12/29/2005 - Jason of Colorado, USA writes:

#1 computer training lessons! Learned excel and powerpoint over a 7 day period during a free 10 day trial. Kept Excel lesson for 79.95 which saved me alot of time and also saved me at least $300.00! The powerpoint lesson was useful, but I did not need the 1st cd, so I called to return a cd and I was able to keep the 2nd and 3rd powerpoint lesson for free.(6.95 for shipping). Complaints in regards to the "free" lesson had turned me off for about a year; I wished I had never paid attention to some of the complaints obviously written by people who have much more important problems to attend to than their lack of computer skills. I guess you need to be able to read and comprehend english a little better before ordering products over the phone or online. I am a happy customer, trust m, you will be too!
