I purchased this product to help me clean the tub and sinks. I just threw it out. Doesn't work, no power and you can do a lot better with a sponge and some scouring powder, cheaper too.

Thought this would help cleaning the soot of my cabinets and ceilings from my wife burning candles in the house, but did not do the job, weak motor no power

I thought I must have installed old batteries. This thing has no power at all. An electric toothbrush would work better. If I applied pressure to scrub harder, it quit turning altogether. I think it would work well if you want to exfoliate your skin, but for tough cleaning, forget it.

The "US" is a disappointment. Getting the end cap off to insert the batteries was a trial, but getting it back proved even more difficult. I'm not sure the seal is watertight. I think an application of petroleum jelly around the rubber gasket will help this as well as facilitate removal/replacement of the cap in the future. As for power - what power? I checked other hand held scrubbers and none of them boasted 300RPMs. They did list their "torques", whereas the "US" simply says "high-torque power-drive motor tm". Compared to others I've used the "US" has half the power and I'm being kind. Holding the button down continuously is a major drawback.

As others have said, it was really difficult to get the battery cap off (had to use a sharp implement to pry it off) and the power is... wimpy. I thought my batteries were old, but when I replaced them; same thing. Worst of all, no real on/off switch! You have to hold down the button the whole time, which leads to hand fatigue. It really *is* easier to scrub something by hand. Good idea, extremely poor execution.

i tried for an hour to get the bottom off. it won't come off so i can't use it. i tried to get off with a knife and screw driver. the scrubber is a rip-off.

What a disappointment! This is such a good idea but a horrible execution. I would have paid a lot more to get more value. The scrubbing brushes need to be at least 6-8inches if you are going to scrub tile; it needs to have LOTS more power and a heavy-duty attachment for really tough build-up; and you should not have to hold a button to keep it on.

You need to have super human strength to get the battery cover off, once you do if you didnt break it to get it open, getting it back on is worse. It keeps popping back off. It dosen't scrub very hard and to top it off you need to keep you finger on the button while its going which begins to hurt. Good idea, bad design.

Miracle scrubber or just plain scrubbed out? With Moderate performance with little more power than those cheap dish washing battery powered brushes i would have to say the Ultimate Scrubber is a rip off. Especially when taken into consideration the Extremely high price of the product (many, many extra shipping charges to the tune of almost $50)and prices for extra brushes. If not satisfied, just try to use your 30-day money back guarantee. You still end up paying $45-55 ($25 restocking fee)just to end up with nothing. High prices and moderate performance, two thumbs down in my book.
