I borrowed from a friend who purchased a few weeks ago, he offered it to me knowing I have severe Degenerative Disc Disease. I had surgery 7 years ago, my Thoracic spine T-6 thru T-10 were fused using latest harware available at the time. I was still in severe pain, had hardware removed 3 years ago. Surgery was no help at all. After tryung TRUE BACK I noticed slight improvment after 10 minute session. I continued to use for 4 days. I had about 30% relief so far. I think I will purchase one as it does seem to help. I am very genuine about this post and have nothing to gain but relief. I will update this post after a month of continued usage.

I completed the web page and before ordering the item decided to cancel the purchase by clicking the "cancel" button. The item was shipped despite this and the merchant refuses to refund shipping fees and requires that I pay for return shipping instead of refusing the received item.

I had a fracture in my lumbosacral back 16 years ago, followed by a car accident with intensive chiropractic treatment. Despite that, I have had chronic aching back pain and stiffness all those years. I also have some hereditary arthritis in my spine. I just got the True Back. The device feels almost flat when using the low end. On my first use of it, for only about 15 seconds each, I used the low end with foam inserts, turned it around to the higher end with foam, then tried the lower end without foam, and had a huge bang/pop in my low back. All the pain is gone, only some mild muscle aches from stretching muscles that were tight for 16 years. I can bend forward and not only touch my feet but can grab my feet. I am now able to do the back stretches and exercises I was given years ago, which I am using along with walking. I am no longer "waddling" (wide-based gait) and can stand straight up, which exerts the maximal vertical gravity pressure on my spine.

I bought two True Back's [] and was going to give one as a gift for Christmas however when I tried it I felt my flesh tearing in my chest area due to the extreme curvature it caused in my back and chest. I had to seek medical help which is documented. Doctor said it will take a long time to heal and will be very painful until healed. Sadly I am now very limited as to what I can do. I highly recommend anyone thinking of buying one of these to contact their doctor first. My doctor wanted to know the name of this item and I don't know what she will do with the information but I am certainly going to tell everyone what I know and maybe prevent someone else from experiencing this excruciating pain I have to live with now for a while.

I have a lot of soft tissue damage in my back from an old injury and then overuse in my back/shoulder/arms/hands due to the nature of my jobs over the past four years. I've seen about 20 health care professionals, and mostly found relief in one particular chiropractor who understood my body as well as a deep tissue massage therapist who has been helping to break up the scar tissue. I only had marginal improvement with treatments and I was basically just coping. I have had a LOT of tightess in my lower back, pelvis/tailbone, and right ribcage that even a lot of deep tissue massage only partially affected. I bought the True Back to see if it could really help loosen things up. Within 1-2 times for 5-10 minutes, I noticed that my spine was more mobile and the tissue around it wasn't as tight. My lower back started to be able to move, which it hadn't been able to in 3-4 years. I've had the True Back for 6-8 weeks and I haven't used it more than 15 times (I just forget to use it) but I have noticed more improvement in the mechanics of my back than I've had to 3-4 years of being injured. It is not a cure-all, but for relaxing back muscles, especially in areas that have sustained trauma or compression, it is a valuable tool. I think with any device, you have to be careful not to over-stretch or else you could pull something. I'm very satisfied with the product and am thankful that I found something to fill the gap that my other treatments left. I have been really surprised at the looseness I feel in my back now. I am not better yet (that will take a long time) but this has jump started the healing process. It is well worth the money.

This infomercial will convince you this product is a cure-all. At 48 I suffer no degenerate disease. My intention for the purchase of this product was to possibly help reduce the constant back pains of my parents. After recieving the "True Back" and watching the instructional CD, I tried it in order to ensure my parents knew how to properly lay down on the device. I just relaxed and stretched out my arms. I did not attempt to do any kind of stretching exercise on it. It certainly felt as though it was doing its job. However later that evening my back began to hurt. The next morning I could not bend over, nor can I stand up straight. I am in pain. Reading the seller's ([] LLC.) return policy states most of their product's offer a conditional 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise specified. As you read down, in BOLD print; here's what it says: Products that are opened are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions. With shipping this product is $75.00. Here is one more infomercial to prove the testimonials are not all they indicate they are. Hopefully I won't be forced to go to a professional to fix the damage the "True Back" did. Unless your willing to risk being in more pain than you are right now, I highly suggest you find another means to remedy your back pain.

I bought this product because the research I did on it made sense, even when I showed it to my physical therapist. I had some lower back pain often due to degenerative disks, and after experienceing a very bad spasm in October, I thought I needed to do something to minimize these spasms, which were happening once a year. I tried the product after 3 motnhs of therapy, and this device provided great relief for the pain. Combined with exercises, I have very little pain regularly any more. When I do feel the pain after exerting those back muscles with some type of different activity or yard work, I pull out the device and feel better right away. So whenever the back starts hurting, I stretch out on it and I feel much, much better. Great device.
