I've been a licensed R.E. agent in CA for over 3 years. Of course things were great for a while, and I earned a decent living. I've never had any formal training. I was literally placed in a "sink or swim" situation, and ended up becoming a sales manager. So far I've been able to keep my head above water, and have people seeking consultations enough to keep me going. I am now pursuing it part time, but I have never stopped learning and intend to gather information from all legit available sources. I bought this program as an additional supplement to my training and education. So far I have found it to be very useful. I was skeptical, and some may think it's a scam. It may depend on how you look at it. If you don't mind a few calls you may or may not want to dodge from the company trying to coax, and really pressure you into signing up for additional services. Of course for a fee... If you don't know much about formal agreements, contracts, real estate services in general, etc. I suggest accepting the offered assistance for as long as you need it. They offer to hold your hand, but you pay for it, and they make most of your money until they set you free. No thanks. I opted to decline all the offers. I am currently waiting for Dean's "Be A Real Estate Millionare" book. I don't know that it will make me a millionare, and honestly I'm not holding my breath that it will work. It's about the idea of using someones proven and tested methods to figure out my own way to support my family and then some. I would recommend it to those who are serious, and not just in it for a quick dollar. The current real estate market is a crisis for some. This is anIt's unfortunate for many. But for those who play their cards right, and don't mind the slower return, this IS a very lucarative time!!

I purchased Dean's Think a Little Different package approximately 6 months ago and love it! Iwas sceptical at first because after seeing and trying so many different products from infomercials, I didn't know what to think. I got a lot of knowledge about real estate and am now reading his newest book called Be a Real estate Millionaire. I am going to become a success story soon enough.
