I bought this product thinking it would be a fun and interesting exercise routine. It did get my heart rate up, but I don't have enough open space in my house to actually go through the work out! I wouldn't suggest buying this product unless you have a large, open room without plush carpeting. I wish they had given some guidelines about how much space you need to complete a workout effectively.

This product delivers what it promises if you stick to it and do atleast 3-4 times a week. I went from a size 8 to a size 4 and to be honest wasnt really following a diet, i did the firm workout about 5 times a week and the weight just melted away and i had great muscle definition especially in my arms and back. Money well spent and i'm getting ready to purchase the Transfirmer.

I purchased the firm to shape up and lose weight as stated in the informercial. I followed the program set forth in the pamphlet for 4 months. I did not see the results the informercial claimed. I firmed up some but the results were not as expected. If your goal is to slim down and tone, a more aerobic workout is needed. (Pilates or Jump roping)
