I ordered the bike in February 2007. I used it twice a week and within 6 months I noticed the pedals started slipping when I was off the seat. Eventually, the left pedal came off because the crank sheared. I contacted customer service and they eventually sent a replacement bike. I have been using for about two months and the slipping has started again. I just finished paying for it and had purchased a more durable model. Don't buy this if you are a serious spinner.

I purchased the Spinner System a few months ago. It arrived as promised, and in excellent condition. I am directions challenged, and managed to have it fully assembled(what little there was) in a few minutes. The unit is rock solid, quiet, and a terrific piece of equipment. The only thing that needs to be added is an odometer/speedometer. The company said they were working on it, as the original equipment speedometers were having problems remaining affixed to the bike. One terrific purchase!
