It broke!

11/19/2008 - Alefiya of Melbourne, Australia writes:

I bought this thinking it would reduce my shower time since I take so long! But before I could even use it, it accidentally slipped out of my hand and the little attachment head broke into two!! Obviously I couldn't use it after that but I am disappointed at how cheaply made the product is!

Love It!

7/10/2008 - Julie of Ohio, USA writes:

I love the Spin Spa! I have used mine for over a year with no problems. I'm looking for replacement attachments because I've worn down a couple. It works great, attachments are easy to change and they stay on just fine. Have only changed batteries twice. I may have to buy a new one for the attachments, because I don't want to give it up.

LOVE IT!

5/20/2008 - jackie of MD, USA writes:

I bought this at a local CVS for $10 on a whim. I absolutely love it!!! I guess I've had it for a month now. I use the brush on my body and the micro-derm on my face with a micro cleanser I have. Actually I came across this site by doing a search online. I'd like to see if I can get replacement attachments for it because I use it so much. Excellent product for the money!

Waste of $$$

5/10/2008 - Vanessa of The West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago writes:

This product is a waste of money. I used it two times and after that, it stopped working! I would not advise anyone to buy this product.

Very Good Product !

5/4/2008 - Helena of Queens, USA writes:

This was given to me as a gift. At first, when I put in regular batteries, the spinner tended to drag. The I put in those rechargeable batteris, and you should see this thing spin ! The attachments are quite nice, but the regular brush broke off and can't use it. The derma brush would be better if it had a thicker pad.,as it is peeling a little. I would like to know who to contact to get replacement attachments. This kit came with a facial kit, which is absolutely fantastic. Thank you !

No Power

4/12/2008 - Melissa of New Jersey, USA writes:

I purchased one of these at the retailer where I worked, so I avoided the overblown S&H charges, and I'm sure glad I did! This thing has absolutely no power in the motor and would stop spinning as soon as it touched me. I can see how this may be OK with the pouf or brush attachment, but useless with the exfoliant attachment. Maybe a 2 speed option would be good. I didn't even use mine long enough to wear down the batteries.

WHAT A WASTE OF $$

3/7/2008 - sheila of Ohio, USA writes:

Stops working when it hits the skin. Their website is very misleading and coax customers into upgrade for more $$ and subscribes you to some website for a $10 OFF your purchase but takes $16.95 off your credit card every month until you cancel it. Shame on this company and infomercials. And took 3 months to get it. Total Junk!

Wife loves it

1/25/2008 - John of Washington, USA writes:

We bought a spin spa before Christmas and my wife loved it so much she had me buy 7 more for her friends, she commented today how much it has helped her skin tone and she is going to buy another one because one of the attachments broke.

Save your $$$

1/14/2008 - Kay of Idaho, USA writes:

This thing is a piece of crap just like many of the other reviews have stated! I purchased one from a retail store and it does not spin when in contact with skin and fell apart. After trying to use it 3 or 4 times, I tossed it in the trash!

Happy First Two Uses, But....

10/25/2007 - Lynn of Oklahoma, USA writes:

I bought this to use on my keratosis and was happy with it the first 2 or 3 uses. My skin felt softer and my face felt great (used only the derma attach) and my skin didn't burn or feel raw after I dried off like it does when I use a Buff Puff. It is VERY weak but I didn't expect an industrial sander, so I let that go. But after 4 uses, the derma head is peeling off like an onion! Ugh! This product is okay if you don't expect much from it, but it's VERY cheaply made and not worth more than a few bucks in price, so be careful not to overpay for it.

Do Not Waste Your Money

3/2/2007 - Stangela of Kansas, USA writes:

I received this product as a Christmas gift. It did not work properly the first time I used it so I replaced the batteries. The second time with new batteries it was not better. The third time I tried to use it the motor was frozen. I talked to the person that purchased the product and found out the product was bought in Aug. or Sept. Since it was a Christmas gift, the 60 day warranty had already expired. The solution by SpinSpa is to replace the item at my expense.

So sorry

2/18/2007 - Susie of Florida, USA writes:

I unfortunately bought this product at a beauty supply store and could not return it like you can at some of the larger chains. It is heavy, doesn't have a soap dispenser so it doesn't stay soapy for long (with water running in the shower)and the handle is really not long enough to do your back comfortably. Like others have said, it runs very slowly at both speeds and uses up batteries quickly, mine are running down and I don't plan to waste more batteries in this useless piece of junk!

Own our own spa

2/5/2007 - Linda of New Mexico, USA writes:

This product not only does not work right (no power) You don't receive everything paid for. My advice is Do Not Buy!! You may as well flush your money down the toilet. I paid over $60 dollars and did not receive half of what I ordered nor does the long handled scrubber have 2 speeds - I am so sorry I got sucked in by their infomercial.

Fairly decent but...

1/26/2007 - Nicky of Virginia, USA writes:

I purchased the spinspa as a Christmas present to myself, and I have to say that my experience with it has been quite pleasant for the most part. I do notice, however; that it really sucks the life out of batteries rather quickly (I bought 1 day before Christmas, and I've changed the batteries twice already!)...I suppose if you wanted to, you could invest in rechargeable batteries (much cheaper in the long run). Other than that, it worked just fine for me.

Does what it says

1/21/2007 - Mary of Florida, USA writes:

I've had mine for several months and it works fine. Nothing fancy. It spins. It's not rocket science so I'm not comfortable giving it a "superior" rating, but if there were a 5-star rating for "product is as advertised" I'd choose it.

don't waste your money

1/10/2007 - Rebekah of Illinios, USA writes:

My inlaws bought this for me for christmas. I feel bad, bit the product was so awful that I actually gave up and threw it away. What a waste of their money! It didn't have any power and would stop "spinning" as soon as it came into comtact with my skin. I tried different batteries, but it still didn't work. It came with several attachments, but with a faulty product, they were useless.

Pleasantly Surprised

1/8/2007 - Judy of Florida, USA writes:

Have been using it for one week and tried each attachment, knowing it could be easily returned if it didn't suit me (purchased at a retail store for $11.99 after 20% coupon.) Love the soft bristle brush on face & back, loofah on arms, legs and butt, scrunchie thing all over, but not crazy about the massager (which I found to be painful even at low speed) or the scraper (which was hard for me to manipulate). So far the handle was still cool after 10 minutes and all attachments stayed in place while they were being used. I'm using fresh duracell batts. Attachments dry nicely in mesh bag if hung up. Store said it would take it back without question if it didn't suit me or it malfunctions.
