It does work. You do have to cook and read lables but no counting calories. You get to eat all you want, of certain foods. Its really great. Just not for the very busy, no time to cook people.

I started somersizing two years ago, I went from over 200lbs to 150lbs. It's not a quick fix; it's not a gimmic. You have to learn the rules, and it is definately a lifestyle change. There are two levels, one for losing weight and one for maintaining. It is not extreme or difficult. This is a very healthy, normal way to eat. I feel better and have more energy than I've had for ten years. My mother, two aunts and my grandmother all do it as well. If you rely on boxed 'just add water' meals, then this will be more challenging. You cook real food, and the recipes are unbelievable. Stay committed to this one, and it will pay off.
