I tried this stuff and it works really well, if you give it time to coat the back of your throat. My wife is ready to do a commercial for it!! I kept her awake snoring for years, but now she can get some sleep, and I am sleeping better than I ever have. We are totally sold!
Snoring stopped but so did the talking .....

My husband snores like a bear,so I purchased this item for him. After getting it in the mail, after talking him into trying this, he decided to use it - the snoring stop - but now he doesn't talk to me anymore
Probably worked, but I choked once!

I used this product for a few weeks a couple of years ago. I liked the minty taste, by the way. It's hard to say for certain if it worked, because the only way I know I'm snoring is when my husband wakes me up all during the night to change position! I *think* it worked, since it seemed he woke me up much less often. However, one night I accidentally sprayed it down into my trachea (breathing tube) and coughed horribly for about 20 minutes. It scared me so much I never used it again.

This product really worked for me. I have tried many others since and they just don't cut it. The key to getting it to work is following the instructions exactly. You are supposed to spray the oil on the back of your throat and hold it there for at least 30 seconds before you swallow. This allows the oil to soak in and coat your throat. It also specifically requests that you not eat or drink anything a certain amount of time before you use the product and certainly not after you have coated your throat.

My husband is a huge snorer; I am an intermittent one. It didn't work for him or me. It contains an oil, but you end up swallowing it, even involuntarily, and it doesn't really coat. I since have read it is a safety choking hazard, which I agree with. It left me with a gagging, choking feeling. It helped with a sore throat a little, but a sore throat spray does better. Not worth the money.
