Not at all happy with the bund cake pan. The first two cakes I tried stuck to the sides like you woulds not believe. The did not come out of the pan like they said they would . 20% of the cake stuck to the sides of the pan. Would not recommend this product.

Dont waste your money on any of these products except maybe the cookie sheet! The cookie sheet works well but all the rest of the prodcts are difficlt to clean and still stick!!! I have made 3 cakes in them using a family recipe I have used for years and the cake would come out of a regular greased or lined cake pan just fine but not the smartware pans I really wish I waited till I tried it before throwing away the box and receipt or I would have returned it. really dont waste your money.

I really enjoy using it. True I wouldn't use it if I was a gourmet chef... but you don't need to add oil or anything to cook things in the oven and the food doesn't taste dry at all..

I purchased Smartware about a year ago. To be honest, I really do not use it that much. The cookie sheet liner is great, cookies are not burnt on the bottom. It is true that the circles never go away despite repeated cleanings. I have a hard time with the pans, they are floppy and I tried to make a sheet cake and the whole cake cracked down the middle when I tried to get it out of the pan. I think you may be able to get the same benefit from Airbake bakeware without all the floppiness that can make thing difficult.

I recommend smartware to anyone who is a casual cooker like me. I don't think it is good enough for "serious" chefs, but it does great for a number of things. I personally hate making cookies, biscuits, rolls, fish, etc because they would always be too well done on the bottom. So the main reason I bought it was for the cookie mat. I works great, nothing burns on it and while clean up isn't as easy as chef Tony says it is, clean up is a lot easier than the alternative.

OK first of all if you dont know that you are suppose to put the cookie liner on a pan you shouldnt be cooking. Second this is the best bakeware you can buy. True, it is floppy but that is why it helps pop things out. All you have to do is use a cookie sheet, EASY. Eveything cooks wonderfully and it is nonstick, completely. The only thing is that sometimes it might get stained but you wash it and its clean...still stained but not ruined or changed in its ability at all. I plan on using mine for years to come and buying more so I can get rid of my glass and metal baking dishes which I have not touched since I got smartware. My friend is an avid baker and I got this for her and she cant believe how she bake without it, and neither have I.

I like the Smartware COOKWARE. Cakes just slip out from the pan onto the plate. The only problem is cleaning. I can't get the baking stains off.

I made the mistake of reading some of the feedback on this page before I decided to purchase smartware. But I decided to make up my own mind. I bought a couple of pieces []. I read the instructions first, it clearly tells you to always put it on a cookie sheet. I made a meatloaf first thing. The only problem I had was I put more meat than the recipe called for. Good thing I had the cookie sheet underneath. Overflow! I took the meat loaf out while it was hot without a problem by using two spatulas. Clean up was easy. Like the instructions say, I used warm soapy water(didn't really need that) I will buy the whole set. I know it will do what I expect it to do. I'm happy!

They're not the best bakeware I've used, but they're not the worst either. It took a while to learn how to use them. You do have to put them on a cookie sheet to use them but that's not that much of a hassle. Things don't just come out of them perfectly as claimed. You have to let the food cool completely before you try to remove it and even then it still leaves stuff in the bakeware. What it does do as it claims is cook food evenly. I've not baked a bad batch of cookies since I've had it. It does leave a funny taste in the food though which I don't like. (perticularly, brownies.)So over all, it's not horrible, but I probably wouldn't buy it again given then chance.

Sadly, I cannot include customer service complaints. This was the worst company to deal with. It took months to resolve the issues and get a refund. The pan liner worked great, but I could never remove the circles from cookies and biscuits. There was something similar to lint that was always stuck to it. As for the 9x11 pan, I had to put it on a cookie sheet to use it. Because of the flexibility of the pan, when I removed it from the oven, it took TWO people to transfer it from the cookie sheet to the trivet. Seriously, we really needed a third person to accomplish this difficult task! After sitting in the fridge for a few days, it was time for cleaning. I scrubbed and scrubbed and bleached it but could not get it completely clean and it had some stains remaining. After a week, it still smelled like fish.

In the directions it tells you to put it under a cookie sheet because it is flimsy. It is flimsy to help you take stuff out of it without it sticking. I have no complaints, but you should be aware that on the phone they will try and sell you a bunch of extra stuff, so be firm and don't agree to anything else but the original set you want no matter what they say.

I got my Smartware set in the mail today. I was at first excited, as it'd only been a few days since I ordered it and here it was already! then I opened the box. The 'cookie sheet' is as limp as a piece of paper. How are you supposed to put cookies on this thing and slide it into the oven? They'll be on the floor before you even get in range. All the other pieces are equally as flaccid. They barely hold their own shape empty, nevermind if you try to pour batter into them. Run away from Smartware.
