This set of tapes really works. Listening to them reminds me to eat legal foods and to get up and move around and exercise. I Have lost over 60 pounds with these tapes and a seperate low carb diet. No effort at all to resist deserts or candy. Pretty amazing with my sweet tooth. However youj must listen to them.

I love the new SMART program. I tried it the first time out and sent it back. I ordered the new one this summer ('05)and absolutely love it. I use it right before bed and am sleeping better than I have in a long time. My favorite thing is the exercise, though. I wake up in the morning and just want to go walk or some kind of activity. I was not like that before.
