My story is like all the others I've read and wondering if anyone has been fortunate enough to actually receive their refund? That is why I beleive the product is really bad & is a scam. They do send product but you will never get your 30 day money back that they promise. Every time I've actually spoken to someone, (now 6 times) I keep getting the same story, In process and will take 10 buisness days! I have been waiting since March 12, 2008 per my tracking number signed by a Gingo from Addison TX. Now I finally received a number which is the so called refund processing dept. [], only to get an automated message that someone will be with me shortly and guess what? It disconnects! I finally called my credit company so they can do a full investigation and hope I can get my money back after they shipped double the amount of order and charged me $393.70. That does not include my expense shipping it back! What a scam and on TV - 1st time purchase and NEVER again.

I bought this product and it broke quickly. I sent both sweepers back and have been fighting like everyone else for my money back for six months now. Cheap product that does not work as advertised

When I ordered this, there was a problem with the order which I attempted to clarify a day after (I had not been able to get a real person when ordering) so instead of getting what I had ordered I got 2 extra and was charged for things I did not order. I am still waiting for ACTION on getting my money back. Will try as others have but so far 313.75 was chanrged to my charge card. I sent the first 2 back and refused delivery on others. So besides this being a lousy product they do not reimburse you when you return/refuse the items. BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never have I tried such a useless product. It wouldn't suck up a feather. It is made out of very cheap plastic. Cannot imagine anyone being satisfied with it. The only part of the infomercial that was correct was that it was light weight. What a total piece of garbage. Trying to get your $$ back is like beating a dead horse. You get a lot of bull from everyone you speak with. Buyers Beware!!! You might as well just throw your $$ out the window.

UPDATE: Today, I received a credit of $176 and some change. My financial institute went after them and somehow recovered my funds. So there is hope. Only drawback was I had to cancel my debit card. But worth it. Good luck to everyone. I know this is a lesson to us all. What's the old saying? If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I also bought this product(Smart Space Power Vac), I ordered one and was to get one free. when the money was taken out of my checking account the amount was double what the total should have been, and I also did not ever speak with a human when placing my order. When iI called to tell them to much money had been taken ou of my account ,I was told I had ordered 4 units, which I did not . I won't go into all the phone calls I made but I did get a return # and as soon as the items arrived I refused them as told to do by coustomer service. I received a notice as to when the items where received back into their warehouse, I called and was also told it would take up to 30 days. This made me angry so I stared to gather information , what I found out, the customer service people you talk with work for a company named Plant e. so I went to their web sit and clicked on "about us" there was a link on that page that tells the postions in the company with so names listed . I went to contact us and made my first Phone call talk with customer service manger who told me my money would be in my account the next Fri. When it wasn't I went back to the list an found a woman in the postion of returns so I call and ask to speak with her she seem a bit suprised when I stared telling my story don't know if it was that I had go to her or what but I di get my money back!!!!!

Refund would take approx 4 weeks, they already billed my credit card for full amount plus charge huge fee for them to ship. I called them in May told they rec'd past return date, denied in March, I was upset no one notified me of this so you are keeping my money I paid with SH charges, the vacs not to mention the cost of sending them back and the interest on my credit card, told to call back, I have called back 2 times since today as well told they are checking with the person that authorized the return. Huge mistake on my part for buying this crap. Do Not fall into this trap like the rest of us.

What a nightmare!!! The vaccum was horrible!!! Do not order this! Trying to get my $ back is also a nightmare. They said they're behind in sending out refunds. I checked with the BBB and they have a Unsatisfactory rating. No suprise there. So I called my bank and cancelled my debit card and they are investigating the charge and hopefiully they can get my $ back. When you go to Reliable Intl. site who takes your money, there is Russian on the website. Hate to scare you people but be very careful about identity theft. That's why I cancelled my card. Check any product out thoroughly before you give out you information. Good luck to all.

I placed an order and I received part of the order on 2/20/08. They charge my credit card for the entire order. I returned items on 2/28/08 using the RMA #4439743 that Richard gave me and told him to cancel the rest of my order. They received the items back on 3/3/08. I had not received a credit back on my credit card and on 4/29/08 I spoke to Mary who said they did indeed receive the items, which I knew by the tracking through UPS, and that they would credit my card. She said it would be about 4 weeks before I would get the refund. It is now 5/30/08 and I still have not received my credit. First, they got their money before I got my product; I have no problem with that. Then I paid again to ship the items back, and they have the items, but are not going to give me my money back for 4 weeks. The order was placed in February, it is now June, and I would like to have my money back now. How and why are they holding my money?

I received the vacuums in early January 08. I had high hopes based on the infomercial. I only unpacked one and the suction was horrible. It does not work as advertised. I was very disappointed and promptly returned them via UPS on Jan. 11, 2008. I patiently waited several months without receiving my money back. On March 25, I spoke with angela and they had no record of receiving my items. I had to contact UPS to get the tracking number and was told by UPS the items were received on Jan 14 and signed for by Rodrigues. I contacted the company again and was told it would take 4 weeks. On April 30, I contacted them again and Margaret informed me it would be another 3 weeks. On May 19 I called again, this time asking for a supervisor (Linda) and was told I would receive my money by Friday (May 23). I called back on May 28 and was told by Leon (another supervisor) that it would be another 10-15 days, to which I asked for the phone number for headquarters (which is where I was told everytime I called my request was sent to). I called that number (1-866-813-4927) and spoke with Detra (speaks with American accent) and was told 10-15 days and I would have my money back. Will that be true??? Probably not. So, the moral to my story is do not buy this product! You will not get your money back. If you absolutely have to spend 200 bucks, you can send it to me and I will send you a broom and a dustpan and you will get better results than if you purchased this product.

I attempted to purchase one set of these vacuums in Feb. 2008. I received a total of four vacuums. I called on 2/22/08 for an RMA # to return these vacuums as they did not work even 1% of the way they advertised on the infomercial. I was also told the steamer was on back order at which time I told them to cancel that order because I would not be needing the steamer. A few days later the steamer showed up on my doorstep. I sent all five items back and they were received at the Smart Space Power Vac facility on 3/3/08...within the 30 day money back guaranteed time frame. I have since called six times and spoken to as many different representatives. Each time I call they all tell me it will be two weeks before my refund can be processed. Eventually I got the "home" office phone number (866-813-4927) from a representative at the customer service number on my receipt. I finally got the name and extension # of a supervisor today, who of course was not available, his name is Victor at ext. 2961. I left a message for him to return my call however I am not holding my breath. I have also put an email into my local news channel to see if they would be willing to investigate this company. If you would like to email my local news channel to tell them your story as well please contact them at 12newsinvestigates@themilwaukeechannel.com. I understand Dateline is not willing to help us from the other ratings I have read. Please submit your story to Channel 12 news and let's try to get us all some relief from this madness.

As several others mentioned, cheap, not worth the money. They make it sound good on the infomercial but mess up the order, totally. I order one of the buy one, get one free. And wanted it spread out in the 3 payment option. My husband had been out of work for 8 months, so we were trying to catch up old bills, and I had settled a couple credit cards and trying to stay away from cc, so used my bank's debit card. I wish I had used a cc! They deducted over $350. from the bank account, and since as soon as I noticed this I called---I was told to refuse the shipment of the extra 2. I did that and still have not received any money back that was 6 weeks ago. Also, before the trial period was up I called for the RMA--and sent back the other two, because they are cheap, filter clogs quickly, and no suction for the upright, et. They gave me that song and dance about the refund taking up to 30 days. I plan on calling again tomorrow during normal business hrs. I agree we should all put a class action suit on them, seems they are scamming a lot of us---buyer beware, but this is to the point of it's time for them to be held responsible.

This product was the absolute worst thing I've every purchased in my entire life! I am 40 yrs. old and have never felt like such a fool. It doesn't suck up a thing, the attachments dont' fit right, the 2nd vac. worked for 5 minutes...literally! I called and got a complete run-around and was told I would not get another one or a refund! They charged way to much for shipping too! I will NEVER buy another thing from an informercial again!! Please, please, don't make the mistake I did.

The very first time I tried it a little peice broke off, the next time I tried it, it stopped working and has never started back up. I am still waiting for the steamer that is on "backorder". Almost 200 bucks for this crap. My kids toys last longer and work better. And by the time you pay to ship it back you have paid more than what it cost!

We cancelled our order for this vac, but they shipped it anyway and charged our card. We sent it right back with the UPS driver. It has been 2 mos. and we are still waiting for our refund. We were told we were suppose to have it last week, and still nothing. Can't even get hold of the accounting department. No one will pick up the phone. Buyers Beware...they are a bunch of crooks.

Do not buy this piece of crap. on 2/21/2008 I ordered 1 vacumn cleaner(buy 1 get i free, etc) They sent me 4 and took over $500 out of my account and I had to pay $68.20 to return them and they still have not returned my money. I have spent over 100 hours contacting the Attorney General of Dallas, TX and NC, the FTC, and others . They keep promising and I stillhave not seen my money. Remember, this product is also sold as Windstar, Lazervax, Space Saver and various other names and all are junk and so many people are sent multiple orders and never get their money back. This was told to me by the Attny. General. Have contacted the BBB in Dallas, Tx. CBS "Investigations" and Dateline.
