I'll keep this simple. The Aluminum handle on these things is flimsy and very fragile. I bought one and was washing my car, it broke and turned into a water hose. Returned it and got a replacement, it broke also. That was the end of me buying "As Seen On TV" products.

I got this thing off tv and it was of course a waste of money. The soap didn't even come out, it was all just water, no matter how tight or loose it was, and the flaps on the spinning head did not always touch the car evenly, and even when they did, they were not getting off as much crust as when I used a sponge. It's a great idea, but not of much use without soap or decent scrubbing.
