I have had this product for two months now. I have recommended it to all of my friends and family. I have even loaded it in the back of my car and taken to people to try. Everyone who has stepped on it is amazed at how quick you can feel your muscles working. It took me two weeks to work up to the 5 minute beginner workout and now am up to 8 minutes. I have seen incredible results already. Standing with my feet together my thighs no longer meet. I have dropped weight and inches that I thought would have been with me the rest of my life. You have to get this product! Do have sufficient space to do your workout. The unit tends to walk around with you.

I work out 2 times a week at the gym. I bought the stepper to do a short workout at home in between. I received it today and step on it planning to do the full 15 mins with the resistant band . WOW!! I started sweating within 5 mins. I can really feel my legs and my buttocks. My purchased didn't come with the mat so I used a yoga mat. It does move a little but no big deal to me. I think this product is great! I can't give a 5 star yet since I only started using it today. But I will give an update a month later to see results.

Bought this product a month ago and am already seeing actual results and increased energy. The stepper is uniquely designed and is actually fun. While balancing and moving you burn a lot of fat and due to that, I have increased energy. My pants are looser already and I am motivated to keep using it while watching T.V. every night. A friend tried and said it was tough on her knees. You may need to get used to the "free balance style". Better deals for mat, DVDs on the infomericals than websites. The mat does move if you favor one side of your body more, but I need the quick break to adjust it so no problem. Great product!!!!!!!!1

I love this product, it did not hurt my knee (which I previously injured). You really feel it in your hips, thighs and buttocks. The workout is pretty easy too, and there are moves to work your whole body. It will move on you, mine slid backwards as I was workingout. I did not realize it until I was swinging my arms and hit the mirror behind me. Not a real big deal but just be aware of it. Within 5 minutes I was sweating. I really like it.

a very sturdy piece of equipment, although the mat slides aqround a lot.i uses a spare piece of carpet to put my machine on.after only 5 minutes you will be sweating.it does target the areas it says it does, and if you have weak knees or a weak back there are modifications. i combine this with a pilates machine workout or a leslie sansone workout.but if you are short on time this can be used 3 times a week or probaly every day if you wanted to.
