I am a Realtor, but was interested in seeing what this seminar was all about. It is a lot of hype, their were so many people there hoping to "get rich quick". You have to pay $2995 and are encouraged to charge it or whatever it takes. I sat thru the first 4 hrs. and it was nothing you couldn't get with a Realtor. Plus, a Realtor doesn't charge a buyer anything for their expertise. The deals they hype are non-existent and so many people couldn't afford to pay for the course, let alone buy a house.
