I bought the info because the infomercial stated I could learn secrets that I can buy real estate and sell it for a profit in less than 90 days. When I got the material, there were no secrets - just generic information about real estate that I, a non expert already knew. For example, in "Quick Cash Secrets", Burley explains that buying a property at 80% below market value will allow you to sell it quickly -- duh!!! Does he tell you how to find these properties? No! How to appraise their value? No! I am returning the package and will post an update on how that goes.

I work in investment real estate. I thought maybe I could get a few good ideas or concepts to help expand my area of business. Nope. All I got was this box with a few worthless videos that basicly show you how to look at a house that John bought. The reading materials are all garbage as well. I want detailed information, not general ideas of how to invest in real estate. This product is simply a waste of money in my opinion. If you want to learn how to invest in real estate then go find someone who is actively doing it and work for them until you feel confident to go solo.
