Love the product and have not found an iron yet that can compare to it. I do have some suggestions: increase the size of the water holding tank, improve the quality of the screw on top, mine broke in 4 months and is in three parts that I have to put together every time I use the iron. I love the weight and the quality of the ironing is excellent. I would be great to see the second version on this product if it ever gets developed.

I bought the Pressa Bella through an infomercial and it came in a reasonable amount of time. Worked well for about a month then started leaking hot steam and my wife burned herself a few times. Finally decided it was not worth using. Too dangerous. I tried to call the number where I purchased it from . No one could tell me what to do as far as getting it repaired. Not worth the money.

This pressa Bella sucks, it's the biggest scam on tv. Theres no steam but water that pours out when you use the steam, leaving your cloth all wet, does not heat very well like my old iron that does wonders when i use it. will be throwing this pressa in the Bella garbage. and never purchase anything i see on tv.

Don't believe the hype about this iron. We received the iron and it takes forever to get hot and when it does, it spits water on the clothes. The solepalate never gets hot and the iron can't even iron wrinkles out of a silk blouse much less linen!! What a waste. Buyers beware and don't buy this iron. Save your money!

I was eager to use my iron as soon as it arrived. Big mistake, I was getting ready for work and the iron leaked so much that i had to find alternative clothes. Very heavy, ready light never changes. Tried to return the iron but they sent me another, which by the way has exactly the same problems. I wish I could say that I had to refill the water to finish the job but I never got that far, the water chamber emptied its full contents within a few seconds of use.

pressa bella hardly had any steam,it just spitted out hot water, when i called them for an address to return it to ,they said they would send me another one just keep the old one. of course i returned it at $35.00 to ship it back from hawaii plus the $30.00 they originally chared me to ship it

This iron is a joke. Does not take out wrinkles on highest setting. Leaves clothes feeling damp when using fabric finisher. Can touch bottom of iron with bare hand and not be burned because it is not hot enough. Iron is too heavy. Trying to return, will dispute charge with credit card company

This product was not as advertised. I was very dissapointed when I used the continuous steam and my item of clothing was soaking wet in seconds. Call 800-648-8891 for return address and RMA.

OK - we've got the iron, and first impressions were favorable. However the filler cap is very unreliable and difficult to put on and take off. This has now been compounded by the fact that the silicon washer seal on the cap has become distorted which allows steam to escape and hence the iron is unusable. I cannot get any help in locating a replacement so because of a) poor design and b) a 5ct seal this $80+ iron is a paperweight. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get a spare ??

I ordered this product before I read any reviews, which was a big mistake. I started reading reviews only after I received this iron and it did not work. It did not get a single wrinkle out, and the steam feature just spits water, soaking your clothes. It says it reduces ironing time, it doesn't even work at all. They also charge twenty dollars for shipping and there is no way that a 5 lb. package costs that much to ship. Another scam from this company. My recommendation to everyone, don't waste your money on this product, it is a scam.

I'm stuck with the worst purchase I've ever made, the Pressa Bella. It was purchased several months ago but not used until yesterday so it is not returnable. The iron is shockingly heavy. I tried pressing one pair of slacks. I was unable to get a good crease and the pants were wet from the water that spewed from the vents. It needed to be refilled after doing the 1st leg. It took at least twice the normal amount of ironing time with poor results. The iron is made in China instead of Italy as stated. All claims are false so don't waste your money. Second time around my old iron did a great job.

3/2/2008 - Trecia of Texas, USA writes:
I am very disappointed. The steam that comes out is not dry and most of the time water runs onto the clothes trying to be pressed. I was not able to get a crisp crease press on trouser. With the vents at the tip of the iron some water was released each time I pressed the steam button. It required frequent refilling which was a hassel. I will go back to my pressing cloth (to prevent shine or scorching) and my good steam iron. This product should be taken off the market! The return policy was not included in the box. This is a sham!

I'm on my 2nd Pressa Bella (got the 1st one replaced for free) and it has the same problems as the 1st - cap doesn't fit properly so steam isn't generated like advertised. It also belches hot water out all over my clothes at various intervals. When the cap happens to fit properly it works great, but that's happened about 3 times out of 10. It never works when I'm pressed for time (no pun intended). Fortunately I only paid $30.

I purchased the Pressa Bella at what was to cost $ 79.90. When I received my Visa statement, the charge was $ 155.53. The product is a JOKE and these people are Cons.

The Pressa Bella was promoted as "just what the doctor ordered" .... well ..... one would have died! Totally misrepresented as to it's capabilities ..... waste of time and a little money (shipping) .... sending it all back!

Should have known this product wasn't worth the HYPE! Afterall it was advertized on an Informercial. Most products sold via Informerical isn't worth picking up the phone to call and order. Those people selling on the informercial are "professional actors/sales artists" to get one excited and over hype the item. Pressa Bella looked good on the informercial and internet website but in "reality" it is just okay, handeling the iron is a bit heavy, it drips water all over the place, takes too long to heat up and once filled you have to fill it again and again just for one item (i.e. a pair of nice pressed jeans)... Don't recommend anyone purchasing this even for $10.00 or less. The fact that the return address and trying to contact the company is another clue it isn't worth the headache! Zero Stars but 5 stars for "YOU'VE BEEN TAKEN again by an Informercial!"

This is the second time that I have used this iron. Opened it and found it way to heavy for me to use, but I purchased it for my son's use. When I ran out of water the first time, I couldn't get the water cap unscrewed. This time, water was spraying out with the stream. It is time for this to go back!!!

11/5/2007 - Joy of Georgia, USA writes:
Opened mine today.... Big mistake I couldn't get the cap off to pour the water in..... They didn't mention this on the info mercial.. Dry steam they said no moisture... I'm returning this today & will dispute with my charge card company..I tried contacting them by phone & held on forever with no response.

I received my Pressa Bella 2 weeks ago and haven't even tried it. I just took it out of the box and felt that it was much to heavey. After reading all the reviews, I'm sending it back. Good thing I saved the box. I can't believe no return address lables like HSS OR the others. I'm sure that this is a fake and I will never order anything from them again.

this product is ok @ best. my husband and i are always looking for ways to cut down on our prep time in the mornings. when we purchased the bella we were also looking for an iron to replace our dollar store iron that we purchased years ago. my husband (who doesnt excite easily) was very excited about getting the bella and the "baby" bella that comes with it for our 12 year old son and daughter. i paid extra for the "baby" bella & shipping so that we could get the iron an start using it right away. it took 3-4 weeks to get that iron and i paid extra for shipping (35.00)and the iron is heavy, the plate only gets "warm", the top that twist to fill the steamer gets stuck alot because of poor construction, the steam is combustable (dont overfill!), and you have to constantly refill the steamer. my husband hasnt used it since the first week we got it because the steamer takes like 5 minutes to get going and for the oyher reasons mentioned it was a huge waste of about $100, he still uses the no name dollar store iron. i use the bella because if its not being tempermental, its a little better than our old iron- i just have to iron the night before. because of the tempermental nature of the product the kids arent allowed to use the "baby" bella. its in our junk closet. to the ladies reading this rating and can understand have a "thrifty" husband who looks @ you crazy when expencive purchases go wrong- men 1 women 0.
