I had my doubts on the sturdiness of the machine, since I had read that many of these machines are flimsy/tip over unless your spending in a very high range. In any case I was disappointed I wasn't home when it was delivered and it had been left at the post office, the darn thing is quite heavy, but hey, that is why I am impressed. The machine is sturdy and doesn't topple over. I love it. On an even higher note: I put it in the middle of my living room, it is covered with the original box it came in which I've covered with a faux marble finish - use it as a coffee table. I'm still considering making some kind of high quality wooden table/box for it. BUT BEST OF ALL my teenagers love it too! No longer any couch potatoes here. We pop off the box and exercise while wathcing TV.

I had the supreme pilates and loved it when working in Canada. I couldn't get one in Australia so got this instead and absolutely loved it. I thought I couldn't get better than Supreme pilates for home, but the pilates power gym is just brilliant. I cant think of anything in the gym that works as well let alone for the home. I love the fact that the weight is a second job and really easy (switching cords, or adding more), you can incline it to increase resistance again)....I can do anything on this gym, plus it takes about a third of the time to get as many exercises in as say doing gym weights...plus obviously with it being cords, it stretches and lengthens the muscles too. My back feels amazing in days, where it was so stiff before and I just feel great. I dont think anyone should be dissapointed, especially for the price. I recommend it 100 Percent
