I work 12 hour shifts, and I tried these for 2 weeks straight, and I really hurt, the back of my legs were so sore, I could barely walk, my feet were so achey, it was terrible, and my back, oh my god, my back was in so much pain. It felt like I had walked a marathon with a pair of 5 inch heels on, I was hurting bad, and I am only 34 years old, It felt like I had aged 20 years wearing these. After trying them for 2 weeks, I stopped wearing them, and all my symptoms went away. They do tell you that you will experience some discomfort in the begining, and to stick with it, and you will feel better, bullcrap, I was in bad shape, never again will I mess with my posture. I think that really harmed me.
Not for wide feet

These are probably OK unless you have very wide feet. The orthotic cut into my instep and made painful raw areas. I wore them as instructed.

love this product...i worked two jobs (stock and server) and my feet would usually throbber when i would double...now it doesnt do that any more...i have two of them...u have to read the directions when first bought because its really different from any ordinary foot sole....if u use it everyday in the beginning it would kill ur feet...u have to slowly get use to it because its not a soft foot sole...

This product is really a piece of junk. You might as well buy a dr scholl's over the counter insert and pay 10 dollars. For a product that the industry professes should be custom made, this product is not. Good luck those who dont fall into the range of this product's helpfulness.

I have been using this product for about 3 years. They are the best orthotics I have ever used! I have had severe plantar facitis for almost 25 years. Several podiatrists have made expensive, custom orthotics for me over the years and none of the devices have worked very well. My Phase 4 Orthotics gave me relief almost instantly. I am a 250 lb. man and use 2 pair per year because I do wear them out. I don't know if they will help with other foot problems, but they work great for my plantar facitis. I recommended them to my sister for the same problem and she says they are helping her too.
