I've tried several other mineral makeup brands but nothing compares to Perfect Pigment It is fast, easy, a great value, & has the best coverage !

I first tried this product back in 2004 when it was advertised on the local morning news ("Good Day LA") in the Los Angeles area. Back then, it was a great deal: you received a liquid foundation in addition to the compact, and they threw in free lip gloss and concealer sticks as well. I repurchased the item in March of 2008 only to learn they discontinued the foundation. The compact was still great-- offering smooth coverage and being hypoallergenic. However, then ChristinaCosmetics.com started billing my credit card every two months... without warning and without sending me any new products. When I called customer service, they said I had opted into the automatic refill program, but regardless, I explained, I didn't receive anything. They told me they showed delivery confirmation in their system, and they could not (or would not) refund my money. I put the charge in dispute with my credit card, and sure enough they rebilled me two months later. While the product deserves a 5 star rating, I am so annoyed with the customer experience (and I admit the price is a bit high), that I am demoting them to a two.

My friend finally talked me into trying this (she's been a devout user for a while, but you know how someone like that can be, you tend to tune them out). Anyway, long story short she convinced me to try hers, and I fell in love. I've wanted to do mineral makeup, but I was completely turned off by multiple containers, brushes, etc. I love my Perfect Pigment compact, and the brush is fantastic. I think it's better quality than my MAC brushes, and the best feature is how it telescopes. I'm not sorry at all, and now I've become a devotee.

I love the coverage of her new formula, as a busy woman this make-up is wonderful for my on the go lifestyle. In addition customer service is very helpful and I get my orders in just 2-3 days!

I have been using Perfect Pigment for about a year. I have used [] and [] version of mineral makeup and have found this product superior to both of these. I think this looks the most natural of any I have tried. My only complaint, the concealor doesn't last long enough, nor does the lip gloss. I don't use either to excess, so I wonder why they didn't wear as well as the powder. I am ordering again and am very happy with this product.

One thing is certain with this product. You have all the shades you need in one compact, the minerals are pressed instead of loose, and you use one brush. You don't have a bunch of mineral pots for this or that. Saving alot of money this way and it feels like your wearing nothing.

I purchased the Perfect Pigment product and really like it. A few weeks later my checks had weird bumps - I went to my monthly facial and my esthetician noticed that where I had been using the product was full of tiny blackheads. She ask me to immediately stop using the product as that was the only thing different. The company would not give me a refund or take the product back.

I purchased the makeup and I was charged twice. I sent the 2nd order back and I was shocked to find out that it was more than $50 dollars as the website said. I was charged another $31.80 for what?? I have called so many times and keep getting different reasons why they charged me more. I was only refunded $53.32. It isn't worth 80 some dollars. I am very unsatisfied with the product and the customer service.. Ladies BEWARE its a RIP-OFF.

I got this in today, washed my face to get a fresh try of it, and it doesn't cover well. I am not blemished or freckled, however it just looks like basic "powder" on my face...something I could do with my Clinique powder I already use...there was no difference! Actually the Clinique powder would better suit my skin tone because this makes me look orange and I got the one for lighter skin!!!! All in all..disappointed. Not much to say about the concealer...it's just no different than dollar store stuff and the lip gloss...its OK...but no better than others I use. NOT WORTH THE 50 BUCKS and I can only say I'll try to call them and return it tomorrow..and pray that they won't deduct the second half of the money...because then I'll have to wait even longer for my return...just a waste of time and money.

The make-up is portable, easy to use, and looks natural. The telescoping brush is the best I've used. Service needs help and product is high without automatic shipments, which I won't do. I resented that my shipment would not be sent right away unless I opted for an extra fee for prompt shipment; what is this new trend of "sandbagging" orders unless you pay the $5.00 ransom? I refused on principle. Judy in Illinois

Overall the product is great. I have a roseacea (sp?) like rash on my face due to having Lupus, and it covered it all up. It evened out my skin tone nicely. It takes quite a few brushings to get the coverage I need, more so than other mineral products I've used. I'm hoping that this doesn't translate to needing to purchase more in a shorter time. We'll have to see how long the product lasts. It doesn't cover acne very well though. The concealer works well, but it is pretty oily. It feels really goopy and sticky on my face. It hasn't made me break out though. The lip gloss is great! If I had to say whether I would purchase this product again, I would say yes for the performance but no for the customer service that is accompanied by this product.

This product is great, i am a mother of two working full time so it's easy and fits in my purse. The biggest problem is that it takes forever to get refills or new orders. I ordered again 12 weeks ago, paid ectra for quicker shipping and it still isn't here. Godd luck getting a current phome number to talk to an actual person and when you do get the number, which changes constantly, you never get a person. It's frustrating and not worth the time or the money. I don't care how great a priduct is, if it is not backed by reliable deliver or real customer care then it's not worth a dime.

I am not a make-up person and so when I saw and heard about this make up, I thought, "I got to have this." I got it, played around with it, and actually wore it outside of the house. In doors I looked great and felt great. But, when I stepped into my car, looked at the mirror in direct sun-light...I looked and felt like a clown! I was so sparkly! I had to go back home and wipe it all off! I got the second shipment and didn't know what to do. No instructions or customer service information came with it. I tried to cancel my order but could not contact anyone at the number provided. I am very disappointed and am afraid I will get shipped and charged for another order! :(

I ordered this back in August and really like how it made my skin look. I don't mind paying for products that make me look and feel good. I was disappointed that the two of the powders cracked while I was using them (did not drop). It is mid November and I still haven't received my second compact. Since I like the makeup so much I am willing to subject myself the pain of being beautiful. The concealer is junk - contains mineral oil and is very cakey. Lip gloss is fabulous!

This product works great. I have bad skin and I felt I got superior coverage. All mineral makeup can be messy- if you are careful it makes no mess. The brush is great too. I am very happy with this product. Mine has lasted a very long time. I got way more than 2 months worth of makeup from it.

My favorite part of this product was the brush. The make up was messy but I felt it provided the right look; drawback is that I felt it was not $50 worth of makeup, it was used up very quickly, especially if used the way the informational tells you too (using specific shades for specific/problem areas). Also the kit shade selection only gives you two choices, would've like a true medium tone instead of light or dark. This was the first time I tried mineral makeup and I know find myself shopping for other mineral products out there. I think the biggest bummer was that it was not enough product to justify the price.

The minerals are not of superior quality compared to Jane Iredale mineral makeup. The minerals are gritty. The topper of it all is that they have THE worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

First I used the concealer under eyes and on areas of redness to even things out. When applied lightly I was able to get a very natural blended look. A+. what I don't like is the way it is marketed- The only way to get a price discount is to do auto pay and I am very against auto pay. Without any discount it is hard to justify the price. They need a discount reward program for return customers.

Perfect pigment from Christina cosmetics, Price is misleading, Was charged $50,00 dollars not $24.95 as lead to believe. Paid an extra five dollars for express shipping. Was told that the five dollars extra was to process order quicker not ship quicker. Three weeks later It finally arrived. The product was alright not worth fify dollars . Cover you r clothing when putting on makeup because you will wear most of the powder. The lip gloss is nice though. I wear makeup three days a week only and apply it once. Within two weeks you could see the bottom of the one color, the third week the one color pretty much gone and the others well on their way. So I would have to say this would be a pretty costly makeup to afford. I called customer service to return product, they were really not even interested to know why their customer was unhappy, just quickly gave an address to return product .

I ordered this product off TV and it took way longer than 5-7 days to get. Christina claims that the product is not messy like other mineral makeup (jar form) - but I have used another mineral makeup for about 4 years and Christina brand is 100 times messier than the jar kind. The product doesn't cover spots well either. Also the quantity of the product could not possibly last very long because you waste a bunch of it when you swirl your brush on it. I think Christina products are aweful! The only reason I purchased Christina product is to have in my purse for touchups throughout the day. But had I done that, my clothes would have been covered in the excess makeup that falls off the brush!! Needless to say, for $50, I returned the product. Hopefully I will get my return quicker than I received the product!!
