This is a slightly chalky tasting lemonade drink that is supposed to suppress appetite and help with metabolism. I've only used it for approx. 3 weeks, and when I drink it in the morning, I'm full until around 7:00pm. However, I haven't noticed a change in poundage-lost so far. Overall, it'll make you uber-full but that's about it.
