Don't bother; didn't suppress my anything and I didn't lose a lb. I tried for several weeks and all I noticed was skin irritation at the sites the patch was applied.

I tried this and saw no difference. The soy powder is tasty if you're using it as a full meal. Very watered down tasting for the 'snack'. Don't inhale while you're putting it from container to glass, as you'll be breathing in the fine dust. I think soy is good for you, so I do add a small amount into my regular breakfeast smoothie instead of regular soy milk. Will I buy this again? No. I didn't feel less hungry. It's much to expensive to just use the soy powder, I can buy soy products by themselves for less. I also hate being on any scheduled automatic deliveries each month.
