I've used Glucosamine and Chondroitin for 12 years and I wouldn't be walking without it. Osteo Bi-Flex is a little more expensive but they have lead the field in perfecting the formula for joint pain relief. I typically buy Osteo when it's on sale Buy One Get One Free so it lightens the price a bit. This stuff works.

My wife started using Osteo Bi-Flex three years ago on the advice of her doctor. It's no miracle cure, but it has helped quite a bit with pain and flexibility in her knees. Keep your eye on the Sunday coupon flyers in the newspaper, because there are often discounts on Osteo available.
