It's cheaper to go the GYM & better work out

I was so excited to get home and put it together to start my work out and it was a nightmare. It's also heavey and the dvd it brings it's not good at all. when you start and follow the dvd (1)you don't feel anything or sweat (2) When you try to do some of the work out as per the dvd the machine doesn't stay still and I have try everything. It's really a waste of money and time the only sweating u do is the want trying to keep it from moving! (3) And that stuff about 60 you r lucky to get five done!
