These actually do work, I must say I have moved quite a few large heavy items with these and I was very impressed. The only part that sucks, is you have to get them under the heavy item, which can be very difficult, once there in place, it is a great product, does what it is supposed to, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I first moved, my mother gave these to me, and told me to put them under my heavy furniture, that way if I should ever have to move it in the future, I could do it easily, I laughed at her, and said "yeah, okay mom, these little dishes are really gonna help move my heavy furniture." Well, needless to say, I did my spring cleaning, and I moved an entire entertainment center myself. They are wonderful. The hardest part of these is getting them under the heavy item, so if you are moving, I suggest you put these under right away, that way they are in place for easy transport. I recommend them.

I've used these for moving 300 lb solid wood furniture and even putting a couple under my computer so I can slide it around on the carpet. These things work great on any surface. They may seem a little pricey for what you get, but they are so useful for so many things, they are money well spent. Excellent product that actually works exactly as advertised.

I purchased my Moving Men about 18 months ago. Since then I've found them a special place in the dining room storrage area because I want to know where they are whenever I go to move furniture. They make moving furniture so much easier my children (ages 9, 8, 7 and 4) have been able to use them. Well, not my 4 year old so much. We worked together to get them under my very large oak entertainment center one day and once we got them in place I was able to move that huge and very heavy item by myself across the carpeted floor. Moving Men are worth every little cent you pay if you want to move some heavy furniture by yourself. For the biggest items I would tilt the item while my oldest son would slide each moving-man disc into place. Then I have no problem moving whatever they're under all by myself. Amazing little helpers!

This is an amazing product. When we bought it we weren't expeting much. We have used it in remodling our house for moving a 6 ft fully loaded bookcase, dressers, armoires, desks, and even an entertainment center without having to remove a single thing on it! To our amazment it also moved a 75 gallon fish tank on a stand with half of the water and all the fish inside! Works for heavy appliances too. A must have for a single gal!

The product works as advertised. I purchased these a year ago at a local [] and used them many times. I've used the to move queen size beds, and even with a large heavy 3 piece glass desk with an L shape. There was no way to slide the desk without using 8 moving men (it had many corners). Once I got the moving men under the corners, it was very easy to slide. I've probably used these to slide 8 or 10 different pieces of furniture and makes a good addition to the tool box. The one main downside is that you have to slightly lift each corner of the object you are going to move to get the disk in place. While this is easy for a book case which you can tilt, it was very difficult to do with the L shaped desk because it could not tilt and was heavy, this could be a problem.

Wow it works. Why didnt I think of this? I tried both moving men and a knock off. Both worked well. They made making them bed and moving things for cleaning possible. Here again it works and works well but are over priced. 20 bucks plus shipping for a few disk and foam pads. Come on!

Bought product based on TV comml in order to move some desks in the house. While I don't think my wife could have pushed to desk through two rooms and a hallway, the product did perform substantially as advertised. I use them all the time for moving funiture in the house.

I recently purchased these at a home show. While the small ones are a little small for most applications the large ones are fantastic. I have a very heavy computer work center that has very narrow bottom legs. this makes it impossible to use a hand truck on, however four moving men (1 in each corner and I can move it with ease across tile floors or carpet. The small ones I actually leave under my dining room table which weighs several hundred pounds
