I think this is by far the worst rip off I have ever had in my life. This product does not work and there is nothing you can do about it. The handle fell off right away, the water goes all over the floor. I feel like I have been stolen from.

This product does not come with company contact information! If you have a problem you are stuck! The handle will not stay on and I have only used it twice! This is not a reputable company.

This was the worst product I have ever purchased. I even bought two. The first one the handle fell of. The second one, the handle fell off. They said on TV that this product was tested for 2 years. Lie. I will not trust infomercials ever again. Now, where can I return it?

This is without a doubt the worst peouct I've purchased from TV. T he handle fell off on the first use. I popped t back in place and it lasted about 5 minutes. I got no receipt with the purchase and when I called them they said they were not required to send a receipt. I knew then they were a questionable business at best. The cost for shipping it back added to the cost of shipping it here was almost the cost of the mop. Total waste of money.

I am not sure who you ordered your mop from but I ordered it from the Mira Bella website (Merchandice Dir. or sll star) the cust. service # is 1888 428 8926. I think mine is ok, I have only tried it once. Good luck to those who are sending it back, I need to try mine more to know for sure. Hope I helped

What a piece of junk. If I had a return address I would have returned the thing in a minute. No invoice or customer phone or address. Would like previous customers to tell me how do you go about returning this stupid item.I believe this if the best case of false advertising I have ever seen. Someone needs to protect the consumer.

The handle broke off, they replaced the unit. The handle fell over, and....unable to attach again, so....returned for no replacement. Concept is good, especially since I have a lot of pets and ceramic tile floors. I am on the search for a comparable product that will hold up. I am VERY disappointed with this mop, since it doesn't hold up.

This product is a waste of your money. It squirts water all over the place, the handle falls over. Not like the commercial at all. Once you have used it you can't send it back. Save your money don't get this mop

I am very disappointed in this product. The very first time we used it the handle came off. Also, it had to be refilled with water too often. I also find that the steam does not get hot enough to disinfect the foors. I would not recommend this product.

The handle falls off every other sweep. The 2 cloths included are not enough to complete one room. Company keeps $19.95 shipping/handling if returned. You pay return postage. Cost $32.00 to try this.

I also had high hopes for Mira Bella, but like others, I spend most of my time putting water in it and trying to get the handle to stay on the mop head. The last time is used it, the top plastic handle actually broke OFF the metal part, so now I have no handle and no way to re-attach it. I'd love to return mine too if we only knew where.

This mop would work very well if you could keep the handel on but you cant so you might as well throw it away right after you buy it.

The product looked like it was going to be great for my home, but it was not. The pole continued to slip off and I had to keep fixing it. The water only lasted about 8 minutes. Also I saw no difference in my floors and the mop didn't even pick up what my Swiffer mop could. Not Happy!

Could be a great product if only I did not spend so much time trying to fix the swivel part that keeps coming off as you are using it. To top it off...I ordered 2 of them and so far have paid $220 for them. I cannot find a phone number or address to send them back!! All I want to do is send these back before the 90 days are up and get my money back. Does anyone have their number?

I've tried other steamer-type mops and this one is the only one that works because the steam comes out the front instead of goign thru the pad -- which really just makes the pad wet. I also like the three types of micro fiber on the cloth pad AND this costs less than the other two steamers on TV right now. If you want a steamer, this is the one to get.

I just received my Mirabella Steam Mop today. Ordered it in June, rec'd Oct 20th. The infomercial made the product sound incredabile! Not the case in reality! I will say it was easy to put the mop together. The mirabella is hard to keep in a straight line on the floor while steaming the floor, because of the swival gadget that connects the handle to the head. The swival gadget turns the handle and head when you don't necessarily want it to turn. The 15 minute water reservior isn't 15 minutes either, more like 8 minutes. I had to keep adding water more frequently then I'd like to. Also, there is no steam on and off switch, except when you turn the mop off all together. As an example the swifter mob sprays cleaner when you want it to spray by pushing a button. The Mirabella sprays steam at all times. That makes it impossible to wipe away the steam from the floor. Turn the mop on, stroke forward with steam, then stroke backwards to make a new mop path, yet the steam keeps on flowing after the cleaning pad already wiped that mop line, hense leaving that already cleaned mop path wet again. The informercial left me very excited to get and use the Mirabella Steam Mop. I thought to myself this would be a miracle product for my household! The whole idea of this steam mop is great!! Sadly the ability and construction of this product does not live up to the miracle cleaning product that the informercial portrayed. I am so very disappointed in the Mirabella's performance!

At half the price of most floor steamers, I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried the Mirabella. It is easy to use and effective in cleaning. Just add water and push one button. It produces steam until it is out of water ( about 12 minutes) then automatically shuts off. Really easy to use. I have a blacklight from a pet urine cleaning product that makes protein stains (in urine) glow in the dark. The Mirabella really removed them. I was pretty impressed. The cord could be a few feet longer and I wish I took the rush shipment option, but I'm glad I bought it.
