I am a mortgage broker and thought I would use the program to help me in my business. Well, I gave it an honest shot over a 6 month period, and realized that the only person making money here is Dwan! This program is not as "easy" as it sounds. It certainly isn't what they talk about on the infomercials. Don't waste your money.

My wife & I bought the MMC in 4/06. I am a real estate professional but tired of traditional R.E. We had looked at several other programs but liked Dwan's highest integrity, easy to follow methods. By fall we had closed 7 deals(not ALL foreclosures) with a profit of over $140,000. We have 2 additional short sales under negotiations that should net us over $80K. My advice: follow Dwan's program to the letter. Don't think that you are so bright that you can improve on it! The scripts work; you approach the home owner knowing what to say and what they will say. You're prepared! I rate it a 10+!!!!!!
