My wife and I are blown away. After stretching our budget to get the best mattress we could afford, we've still had back and neck discomfort. After getting the Homedics pillows (jumbos - 25.5" x 16" x 4.75") and having slept on them for about a week, we are BLOWN AWAY! The very first night my wife slept through the entire night, which she has not done in years -- really! I was never able to sleep for more than about 6 to 7 hours without destroying my back, but last night (Friday), I shook off a hard week and slept 11 HOURS straight. Oversleeping that much normally would have killed my back, but I have not felt this good in years. The two standard Homedics pillows (22" x 15" x 3.5") we ordered were shipped separately and should be here in a couple of days. We will not be sending them back. Note: [] appears out of the standard -- I was going to order a pair for my step-mother, but will get her a single jumbo instead. Obviously, there are enough complaints on this site that I would only recommend this product to people looking for real relief -- clearly not for the "bedding connoisseurs" who might just want pricey pillows to impress their friends and family. We are not the type to throw our money around, but I am glad we took this risk this time. Turns out, we saved big over pillows, which start at $99 for a standard size -- that is twice the [] sale price of the jumbo ($50) and three times the standard ($30) Homedics pillows. And I see that [] has a no returns policy. Nice. Bottom Line: Well worth the risk for those in need.

I have degenerative disk disease and was having pain upon waking every morning. I too was skeptical but thought what have I got to lose. The pillow I was using cost around $130 for one and it still wasn't helping that well. I ordered this pillow and within 1 week my neck started to feel better. I am a side sleeper and this is so comfortable. Best of all it stays put during the night. Everyone likes something different in pillows but if you are a side sleeper and want that support under your neck this is worth a try. It is not like a down feather pillow - this one has support and that is what you need. It is neither too soft or too hard. I would definetly recommend it.

With what is called 'degenerative neck' Stage 4 (the worst before a permanent neck brace) ... have had such pain would wake up in the middle of the night in tears. Saw the infomercial and order'd. Was absolutely amazed at how the pillow did everything it said! Supported my neck from every angle, was cool and comfortable and felt the support right away. I literally cried tears of happiness as I had - and have had ever since - a good night's sleep without pain and without spasms! I recommend this to everyone I know, have purchased several as gifts with rave reviews and honestly feel this pillow is worth every penny! Not paid for this ~ really mean it to be helpful! Best to all.

The original purchase was by telephone. All computerized. Very tricky to follow. Had to eventually call back cause the bill was $200. Even though they said it would be fixed the bill was still $109.75. That's just stealing. the pillows themselves are not that great. The supplied pillow cases are too small and crowded all the magic pellets. That made the pillow feel very hard. By removing the supplied "special" pillow case. the pillow felt softer. But still not much better than any other soft pillow. Save your money. Tony Little is hawking overpriced junk. Moneyback...FooBah!!! But Shame on me for buying it in the first place. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

I was skeptical but had to try it after months of waking with a headache every day, i needed a solution. I'd tried the memory foam and though nice, it wasn't comfortable for a side sleeper. The micropedic pillow is the best pillow I have slept every. I have used it now for about two months. I travel quite a bit and can not wait to come home to use it. I look forward to sleep now as I know I will wake up feeling great. Love it and not being paid to say so.

I love this pillow but i think it's not for everyone. I personally prefer a firm pillow and this is definitely a firm pillow. There are times where it is uncomfortable but you get that with any pillow. It's a little bit expensive though.

This pillow has a great design and is worth 1/2 what they charge and should have free shipping. I wouldn't buy it if I could go back in time. I suggest saving your money for something else or trying another product first. Good luck!

I was just like everyone else who watches an infomercial when they get off work, or just can't fall asleep. I decided to give this pillow a try due to the fact that I couldn't seem to accomplish 8 hours of sleep, even on my days off! So when I recieved this product via UPS, I was excited for a decent night's sleep for once. I brought both pillows into my room and cleared my bed from all of the other pillows that I used to sleep with, and from there on end, I was out for good. When I woke up the next morning, my back wasn't hurting at all, for once, my neck felt great, and I woke up feeling refreshed and energetic. I rate this pillow with a superior rating and would recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

Based on the infomercial, I thought this pillow would help me sleep like a rock -- instead it was like sleeping on a rock! The pillow was unbelievably hard. I tried the pillow for two nights and woke up exhausted both mornings. Shipping and handling were excessive, customer service less than helpful -- I ordered two pillows, got 4 and had to pay to return all 4.

A rock is softer than this pillow! I slept on it one night and it took two days to get rid of my sore neck/upper shoulders & tension headache. I gave it to my son, who slept on it one night and told me to send it back for a refund. He also complained of a sore neck and headache.

This pillow is no different than the "bean bag like" pillows at any discount retailer. Additionally, the pillow is WAY over priced and the non refundable S&H of $20.00 doesnt even cover the return postage! In my opinion, it's a BIG RIP OFF!

I have had neck surgery; arthritis in my neck; and fibromyalgia and I must say without a doubt this pillow was a Godsend for me. I do need to use my hand to shape it for my head right before I lie down, but after that I am as cozy and comfortable as can be! I awoke for the first time in years without a neck ache in years! Just remember to gently adjust the pillow with your hand, it is really easy to make a nook for your neck and it is no longer hard but dreamy! Thank you thank you for this pillow!

This pillow is shown on commercial to be so soft, yet when you actually put your head on it, it is rock hard! I tried it for a few nights then returned it. The slippery cover just makes your head slide around and if you lay on your side, there is no neck support. I don't care for tony Little himself, too aggressive with sales, don't trust whatever he endorses.

While I return to my soba (buckwheat husk) when it's hot, this is the best sleep pillow. Unfortunately I've heard thatIF THE SEAMS OPEN, the fill was produced in a way that is poisonious to kids and at 6 million beads has gotta damage your lungs ([] will not sell as a sleep- only decrotive pillow). My response is to use a dust mute cover.

5/17/2006 - Bobbi of California, USA writes:
I had the worst night sleep that I have had in years with this pillow. I woke up with severe neck pain which is something I don't usually suffer from. The pillow is rock hard and extremely uncomfortable to fall asleep on. The spandex pillow case made it way too slippery. It kept sliding to the top of my bed and getting the beads bunched up to the point where it formed a solid rock. Don't buy this product it sucks!

4/21/2006 - Robert of Michigan, USA writes:
This pillow is nice, but not exactly as adviertised. The individual chambers insure that the pillow maintains it's shape and support. The pillow did not remain "cool" as advertised. I still use it, but do switch to my old pillow from time to time.

I have degentrated disk in the lower portion of my neck. Based on the infomercial, I thought this pillow would help. After my first night's sleep, I had to apply ice on my stiff neck which . The pillow has a good concept, but is much too hard. Will try it one more time before returning it.
