I ordered this product hoping it would provide relief for sleeping with reflux/GERD. I received the unit and followed all the instructions and was delighted at first that I had many options for inflation levels based on how I was feeling. To my disappointment however, the unit only lasted about 4 weeks before it burst in the seam with a split about one inch long. The manufacturer claims that the seams are some special reinforcement that are guaranteed not to burst. Not true as my unit burst when it was only in a partial inflated state of about 4 inches for a slight elevation. The unit is also exceptionally noisy as well and is loaded with noise and slow to inflate or deflate to a comfortable level. The unit is supposed to be placed under the mattress to insure a smooth incline but the ends tend to taper rather abruptly so that the incline is not smooth. Do not buy this unit if you have any reflux issues, it will not provide the proper elevation levels in a manner that is effective. For the money, this was pure junk and a major failure in quality. Sent numberous emails and telephone calls but all were ignored so I just had to eat my loses and throw this piece of trash in the trash.
