Works--but difficult

I bought this product last summer. I went by the guidelines and I did lose weight. It doesn't ask you to do anything impossible or dangerous. It is difficult to stay on this diet. You have to eat several small meals a day. I had trouble with that at work, because it is kind of hard to fit it all in during the day. You also had to eat only certain foods off of a list. I have two small children and a husband. I had to cook totally separate meals for myself and for them because they simply would not eat the meals that I had to cook for myself. I am not sure if I am sorry that I bought this or not, because it has some really good information in it, however, I feel that it was way too expensive for what I received.
