What's the fuss?

5/8/2008 - Cindy of MI, USA writes:

We discovered this purely by accident then had to find more. If you throw away the wheels & floor vac parts it's a great little hand vac for picking up dog hair tumbleweeds. The long wand is perfect and it's very powerful. I was shocked to see all the negs on this vac as we love it and and bought 2 more on eBay. Biggest problem has been finding the filters...

A total scam, product and company

9/16/2007 - Lynn of Colorado, USA writes:

Received 4, ordered 1 and 1 free. Was charged nearly $400.00. Returned 2. Called, cut off. Wrote owners, ignored. Filed BBB and Trade Commission report. CC returned money but company never responded. A total SCAM. Do not order!

Huge scam

8/18/2007 - Doug of Georgia, USA writes:

I somehow received 4 vacuums and was billed $400. I returned 2 of the vacuums and paid $46 for return shipping. I never received any refunds at all. As to the product itself, it was of limited value and did not work as advertised. This outfit has to be the one of the biggest scams in the history of infomercials.

Took my money but never got a vacuum!

5/1/2006 - John of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

At least you received the product. I ordered in September 2005 and as of this date, May 1, 2006, and have still yet to receive it. They took my money immedately though. Can't even contact them...they bounce you around from telephone number to telephone number...all automated systems. Filed complaint with PA Attorney General office.

1/27/2006 - Katie of Missouri, USA writes:

This is a scam you wouldn't believe! They lead you to believe you are getting BOGO Free and you end up with 4 vacuums. They are terrible! Don't work worth a hoot! No customer support of any kind! Crooked-Greedy-Worthless and all other horrible words you can think of! DO NOT BUY!!!!

A Scam

1/11/2006 - Richard of Nevada, USA writes:

Vacuum not even close as to what is shown on TV. Very tiny head and very tiny filter basket. Hard to open filter area. Falls over frequently. To watch the demonstration on TV, the average viewer would think its a great item, however, in practicality it is horrible. The replacement filters are not sold in stores and the purchaser cannot get any assistance from their web site. Do not buy!

Lazy Storm

1/4/2006 - Alexander of Florida, USA writes:

it is advertized as the perfect vacuum for the entire house but after only one small size carpeted room the filter gets clogged and it loses about 90% of power. You have to go over dirt several times before it picks it up and on top of that when you turn it off, some of the dirt gets squirted out from the tuve.

11/2/2005 - Alyce of Maryland, USA writes:

This product was a rip-off from the door!! It was advertised as a vac, but turned out to be a bad version of an electric broom and not a good one at that. I have had such a bad time with this product until I had to return it. That also was another nightmare. Truly buyer's beware

Very Poor

10/11/2005 - Pam of Washington, USA writes:

We returned the vacuum after a week of trials. It had a lot of suction but didn't work as well as we had hoped. Its been over 2 months with no credit on our account and everytime I try to call customer service, I get put on hold for up to an hour, and sometimes I get cut off.

Poor

7/30/2005 - Dean of Maryland, USA writes:

Am sending this Singer Lazer vac back. To my surprise it doesn't pick up cat hair from the rug. My previous vac did that pretty well. Not only that, but the noise this vac makes is quite surprising and seemingly so unnecessary this day and age.
