Kor Flex abdominal exerciser. The Kor Flex assists with the abdominal sit-up and cruch exercises. The product utilizes resistance bands. The bottom of the Kor Flex bands attach to the feet, while the top of the bands have a triangle-shaped grip handle to assist with abdominal and other exercises. Manufacturer claims results with only 7 minutes per day. The Kor Flex system includes three DVDs: 7 in 7, Flex Cardio, and Korflex Yoga. Kor Flex also comes with exercise and diet plan.
