I bought the spinner for exercise and to lose some weight, tone my muscles. I would recommend the gel seat-especially if your seat gets sore-it really helps. I have used it for three months and have lost some weight, but mostly gained muscle tone and it really is easy to ride. Price is ok with payment plan and I've had some success with it.

Works up a Sweat

Worth the investment. Spinning is a great calorie burner. Makes you sweat like crazy, I love being able to work out at home and then hop right into the shower. Once you start spinning you will get addicted.
