Very deceptive system

8/18/2007 - Anonymous of Wyoming, USA writes:

I'm writing this from my experience in using this product and system. You must BE CAREFUL and you have to understand that at the point where you are asked to pay thousands to begin the training you are being scammed. The "training" is contracted out to Mentoring Of America who provides the same level of so called training at as expensive a price ($1500 to $15000) as possible. Everyone is charged differently based on how much room they have on their credit cards. If you don't mention this upfront you'll see exactly what I'm talking about because they will immediately ask you about how your credit is and how much room you have on your card(s). Mentoring Of America does this because they want to see how much they can charge you period and how much you are willing to give them for training you could find in a $70 book. People, when a business charges everyone something different based on available money for the SAME PRODUCT this is fraud. When I confronted the various people I talked to when trying to get my money back they either just said they would put in a request in the system or avoided the charging issue all together. There are many many other details to discuss but I won't take the time to go over my entire story here. Now, in fairness did I get my money back? Yes, most of it. I was charged $6500 and I got back $5299. I lost the rest due to nonrefundable processing fees and the one coaching session I had over the phone. It is also true that "some" people use this system, shady though it may be, and make real money. It is out and out fraud to have people on infomercials claim to make specific profits when they did not. Therefore I can't say it is a complete and total lie. The bottom line is do the research and see for yourself. Check the BBB for both Mentoring of America and John Alexander. You'll find MOA gets an unsatisfactory rating and John gets and F. Do further research on Google and you'll find links relating to the multiple legal actions against MOA by the state of Utah. One such source I found was the broadcast by a local Utah news station on TV about a second or third legal suit against MOA. These are obviously sources far beyond ripoff report etc but for more personal accounts check ripoff report as well. In my last two conversations by repeated and unwanted phone calls from MOA they were very quick to say ripoff report comments weren't true but had nothing to say about the BBB and other sources when I mentioned them. All I'm saying is that if you still choose to go forward with this plan then do so with a full mind of knowledge. Do the research. Check the reviews. Review the BBB and other such sources. My bottom line is steer clear from Mentoring of America and anyone like John Alexander or John Beck or anybody else who does business with them. I'd even say stay clear of any infomercial at all unless they are selling a specific product they can demonstrate right there on camera. God Bless.

Great Information

12/5/2006 - James of Georgia, USA writes:

The information in this package is great, even on the cheap level 1 course. The people that put bad comments on this product probally opened the book once seen they didn't make a million bucks the next morning and typed in bad remarks on course they didn't even try. You have to remember in anything you do if it was easy everybody in the world would be doing it. I have made 32,000.00 since using this product and started the methods in OCT. of 2006 you do the math.

SCAM ALERT!!!

4/30/2006 - Jim of Georgia, USA writes:

This product basically tells you to enter into a contract to buy a home by promising to pay $1,000 in earnest money in 14 days and to find another buyer in those 14 days or just don't pay the earnest money and let the sale contract expire (along with your reputation). It's all about you negotiating a less than FVM price and trying to hook up bad credit buyers with sub-prime lenders to take this house off our hands for fair market value before your 14 days is up and the $1,000 is due. To let you know how much of a rip-off it is.....they use 7 CDs to package the supposed plan....but each CD only contains a single PDF file and a couple of files to launch the PDF when you insert the CD. Less than 8MB spread over 7 CDs. The methods taught in this course border on being illegal. Steer clear from this tripe.

Biggest Lieing Scam

4/20/2006 - Jim of Colorado, USA writes:

This is a major scam. They talk about being religious and true to your religion than they tell you to lie and steal. "Use your parents Credit Card to put the $5,000 cost on." Yea right. No thank you. Do not fall into the trap.
