I orginally purchased this for myself and then gave some to my mom and dad who are in their 70's. All three of us have had great sucess with this product especially my mom who has suffered with joint pains in her shoulders and hands. We have been using the product for over a year and are now junkies" of this stuff. So much so that we order it in mass which saves us money and keeps us from running out! Highly recommended!

I have lived with joint pain for way too long. IH Fish Oil supplements have changed that. After taking 1 pill in the morning and one at night, I am now joint pain free!! I purchased 12 bottles at one time for an extremely large price savings. Buy from IH website for a large savings. I paid on average 16 dollars a bottle so I don't think that is too much. Buy in quantity for better pricing and look for coupons. You won't regret this product. Do research on Fish Oil supplements and see why you should be on it.

I bought three bottles. The stuff worked great, but it's very expensive. According to the product label, each of the 60 capsules per bottle has 600 mg of omega-3 oil including 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA. The capsule also includes 200 mg of other oils; the gelatin shell is 200 mg. The label says nothing about vitamins. For comparison, in one tablespoon of purified Norwegian fish oil I get six times the omega-3 oils (3600 mg), including four times the EPA and nine times the DHA, than in a single Icelandic Health capsule. Plus, the Norwegian fish oil has vitamins A, D, and E. Aside from cost there's nothing wrong with the product; any reduction in my rating from five stars is due to the high cost. [Note to editor: if you want to disclose the brand of Norwegian fish oil it's called "Mollers Tran".]

I've been using Icelandic Health fish oil caps for a few months. I didn't like the price so I looked around for cheaper brands. I found out that the cheaper brands don't have the potency of Iceland Health! Check it out for yourself! You'd have to take a lot more capsules and it would cost the same. I'm staying with Icelandic Health because I like how I feel when I take it..Less inflamation, more happier mood. I just bought 6 more bottles. It's very high quality fish oil caps!
