The workouts are fun, and different than other ab targeting workouts I have done. Shaun T is annoying though so once I learned the routines, I workout with my mp3 player on so I do not have to listen to him say HEYYYYYYYYYY or say his name one more time. The set I have is a decent workout but if you are not new to exercising they may not be enough or at least not for long but you can work up a sweat. Core Rhythms and Turbo Jam are also good ab workout DVDs.

To get off my butt. Seriously, this program is addictive. It's the only one I've actually looked forward o doing although it kicks my butt everytime. The increase in energy is amazing and Shaun T makes things really fun. Level II is even crazier and fast paced and I end every workout dripping everywhere and my body's on fire...I know it's working!

I can't remember what month I started HHabs...it's been at least a few months...but I love it! I didn't follow the dieting plan or anything like that but I am seeing some results...and I'm not bored. Another BIG plus for me is I'm not sore. I can't stand that...I always quit when I end up sore. I've never "worked out" in my entire life but I was blessed to be thin....that is until I grew this belly after my 5th child and emergency gallbladder surgery. She's now 18. She's gotten older and this belly fat got just plain old. My legs have really gotten in shape and my waist is once again a...well...WAIST! My belly is going down slowly but it IS getting flatter...plus I suppose if I follow the regiment, dieting and excersize, I'd probably be getting even better results. But like I said before...I was born thin...I didn't even wear maternity clothes while I was pregnant...and never had to diet or excercise in my life...but somehow throughout the years I got this belly...I felt I looked like Mr. Potatoe Head...a potatoe shaped body with toothpicks for arms and legs, but not anymore! I'm beginning to look like a human female with a nice figure. I look forward to working out with HHabs and sometimes I work out 2 or 3 times in one day! Thanks ShaunT! Did I happen to mention that I am 51 yrs old? Now not only do I feel young in my mind but I am looking younger too! Can't thank you enough!

He is great. The 40 min DVD is wonderful, especially the butt workout. The 25 min DVD is also great if you don't have too much time.

I still lost 13 inches in 8 weeks and I am starting to fit back into my post baby jeans now!!! I love it and I am excited when it is time to do it!!!!

I love Shawn, he so much fun to workout with, I own a lot of workout videos but this I would rate the best. my weight is up and down, but since I started this workout, I went from a 22 to a 14-16. I still have more to lose but I know I can to do it. Shawn's workout is more like having fun at a club dancing. I usually get bored with other works quick, but i could see me sticking to this. plus I learned some new dance moves!

I'm not a dancer, but I love to dance. I've also taken dance lessons in the past, so I thought this would be perfect for me. Anyway, the only down side to this product is that it doesn't scream at me when I'm being lazy. But, once I have it on, it's fun and engaging. I will say that if you're not used to the concept of "technique", you do have to put your energy into it. If you just slump along following the moves, you probably won't get much out of it. But, if you concentrate and put energy in to contracting on every move like he suggests, you WILL feel the burn! Two thumbs up from me. :-)

I love it! Everyone will have different results, I'm 4 11", I noticed my abs forming on day 2. It's an intense core workout, you don't need to feel like your dead at the end of it to know it's working. Once you have the moves down, lower the volume and add your own music, to something that will really pump you up!! You must stretch before and remember to keep your core tight, sometimes the moves are so much fun you forget. If there is a move you really love, and one you just can't get, substitue it, when they are doing there thing, do your's!! I don't follow the diet, I just eat smaller portions through the day. Do it everyday if you can. I do Level 1 Ab Sculpt and hips buns and thighs, 3hrs/day, this includes my own stretching for 30min total before I start the workout and after I've turned it off.

I am 25 and hae always had lots of energy and a cute little tummy. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 7 month old and since the babies my tummy isn't what it used to be. Neither is my energy from sleep deprivation. I was in serious need of body rescue. I stay at home but my kids aren't going to offer a lot of time to work out. This is perfect. The youngest plays and laughs while the older one dances along with me. So, not only and I getting exercise but she is as well. I can tell my abs are coming back and I have ENERGY!!!!! I can finally keep up with the babies and housework and still feel like a wife when my husband gets home. And, to the ladies, I have never danced but this workout makes you feel sexy and so out going. It is awesome. Sean T needs an award!!!!!! Good luck to anyone starting this and just stick with it you will really fell and start seeing the change in your body quickly but make sure you do the 3 T's. They are what makes it effective.

HHA is truly amazing. After falling into a workout rut I anted to spice up my workouts and came across a commercial for HHA. I have tons of work out DVD's with Billy Blanks Tae Bo being my favorite, that is until i started doing HHA. Total body burn, and hips buns and thighs are amazing workouts and I noticed results after 2 weeks. My abs are super toned thank you Shaun T!

I worked out to Hips, Buns, and Thighs from HHA last night and I'm still feeling it. It feels like I've done a ton of squats and lunges. Working out to HHA motivates me, because it feels almost like I have a personal trainer and dance teacher. haha Some of the routines are a little difficult for me, starting out, because I have no real rhythm that I'm aware of.. but I think anyone can get the hang of it after awhile. I'm extremely happy that I made the decision to order HHA. I will definitely recommend HHA to my friends and family. :)

I had been doing TurboJam for two years, and though I love it, I wanted something to switch up my workout, so I tried HHA. It's great, but for those experienced in fitness, you might want to go straight to the level two workouts. I did the level ones and didn't feel worked out, but the level twos definitely do it! The total body burn workout is a great circuit training DVD. Also, the new cardio groove and booty shakin' DVD is great--the cardio groove is intense, but the booty shakin is pretty low impact.

Best body I have had in 15 years. I have lost 35 pounds and my kids let me where a bikini to the pool. Most people I meet think that I am at least 10 years younger than my actualy age (43) My waist is now 26 inches and I hope to loose 5 pounds more. I have stranges whistling and telling me I look great even with my boys with me. My energy level is up, my sking is tight and toned and I love to try on new clothes Most of all I have had hip surgery 7 times in the past and I had no problems using the program THANK YOU

I have 2 small kids so was looking for something I can do at home. I saw the infomercial and thought it looked fun so I bought it. I think it was a bit overpriced but I thought it would be worth it if I used it every day and helped me to get a work out in. Sean T is definitly motivating, but his cast is pretty annoying. I have been using it for 3 weeks, following the schedule that came with it and although it is fun I don't feel like I am getting a good work out in. I barely sweat and don't get my heart rate up much. I am used to running for 30-40 minutes or using the elliptical where I am consantly in motion. Here, it seems that whenever I feel that we might be getting somewhere he says "march it out" or "step side to side" and whatever burn I started to feel is gone. Its not helping much with my baby fat but I didn't expect a miracle. I don't regret buying it but it may not work for everyone.

I can do the first two CDs and it's fun enough exercise for me to repeat every other day when it's cold/raining outside. He's a good motivating talker during the workout session. After two weeks, I feel more energized and I look more toned around the waist (but I didn't measure myself so i'm not sure if I actually lost anything). I also got 3, or 4 more CDs (as bonus I think?) and found out that I don't have the groove to "hip hop dance" it's just too advanced. So if I only count the value of 2 CDs that I actually use then I've paid too much; but maybe later I will try again so I get the most out of what I paid.

I borrowed HHA from my mom who purchased it awhile ago and never used it. I've been using it for 2 days straight and I must say that this definately works. Sitting here writing this review I feel the burn in my mid-section and upper thighs. Ususally when I do crunches or anything that requires me to lay on the ground, I don't feel the intense burn that I am feeling now. It honestly feels like I've been working out for longer then 2 days. The cool thing about HHA is that you don't feel like you're doing exercise, but just goofing around. But later on you do feel the effects of it. And the other cool thing is that you will sweat. I did the Abs Burn section which is only about 30 minutes long and it really makes you sweat. I've tried a lot of products and I can honestly say that this has to be the best. Hopefully with continued use I wills see results.

I have been using HHAs for about 2 weeks and I have alot more energy. I have stuck really close to the 2 tier diet. I have only lost 4 pounds. But I didnt put the weight on overnight, so its gonna take some time. Muscle weighs more than fat. The timer on the bottom of the screen is great. Im 5'2 and 190, so this is great thing for me.
