I ordered this thinking i would get quite a bit back from my jewelry. I received my pkg fast but when i sent in my 14k jewelry i received $1.18. It was a total rip off.

Kit was sent out as promised, prepaid. I sent over $700 retail in 14k gold, including a bangle, earrings, class ring, several neckchains. I expected a lowball figure of $50. I received $14.12. This was not acceptable to me, & preferred my items returned which they refused. Very misleading to state that you can take a vacation or receive $1000 easily from old gold.
