Love product, i have been going at least 1-3 times a day regulary and this added an extra one it seemed. first day I had smelly gas... and i am vegitarian and my gas normally doesnt smell like that lol ... but we will see how it keeps going. I recomend it for a colon cleaning thats what it is. DONT TAKE FOR LOSING WEIGHT!! Walk at least 10,000 steps a day

I was actually disappointed as I had seen so many good advertisemnt about the product I was actually able to go to the bathroom better but it was like getting a colon cleanse without the weight none of it came off I have been eating less and don't exercise much but if anything get P90x and stick to nutrilite supplements for energy
