What else to say? I never use our old colander anymore! It's tricky getting into and out of the dishwasher but that's not their fault. Very clever design, and the pour feature is the clincher! Stick a fork in me, folks... I'm done. LOVE IT!

I bought this at a local store to replace a large plastic colander that had been taking up too much space in my cabinets. I use it mostly for pasta and it works great. Never tried it on something heavier like potatoes. I agree that it is a weird shape when opened but it fits perfectly in my sink to use and I love that it folds up to store. Have had it about 6 months and I use it at least 4 times a week.
I like it a lot!

I bought 2 when I saw them on TV. I use one for pasta,fruits,and vegtables the other I use for meats to rinse and drain. This is great product. I will not go back to the old colander.

I bought this at linen and things and so far it has been OK. The first one broke with in the first 2 days and I returned it and got another one. Well all I can really say about this is that it works great for light items like pasta and the like but when doing potatoes it comes apart. Now I am not sure if they have changed it because I did write to the company about this problem and they said that i was not the first to complain about it and that they are looking into making it stronger. I would recommend it however because of the pasta alone....your call.

I used it to wash my salad and vegetables but I haven't tried pasta in it yet. You can fold it easily to save spaces and the holes in it are huge so the water is drained quickly leaving the vegetables cleaner and less soggy than a regular colander. It opens wide and it is an awkward shape, but it fit well into my sink.
