Wow ... if getting abs where this easy then we would all look like freaking JLo. This product actually was painful ... more painful than just getting on the floor and doing some vigorous crunches... It was constantly jolting my abs alright. It felt like someone was electricuting me every two seconds. They give you this stupid gel which makes it even worse. After all that pain I feared using it... By the Way no results ... duh
