I bought this product and not only did it not adequately clean the floors I couldnt get a replacement part for 2 months. I ordered the part on their web site and after waiting 4 weeks for the part I received a card in the mail that said my part was back ordered and it would be another 4 weeks to deliver it. This company is the WORST for trying to replace parts and they have you stuck as the only way you can get replacement parts is via thier web site and NOTHING is ever in stock, it is always back ordered. Check the internet for feedback on Shark products as its loaded with bad reviews and complaints. I should have checked it first and I will never purchase a Euro Pro product again!

This is a very bad product and a terrible company to deal with. My vac arrived without the upper handle in the box. I tried for 3 months to get a replacement and was constantly told they were on "back order". I had to call Canada and complain to Corporate directly, after a couple such complaints I was shipped a complete new unit in return for mine. I wish now that I had just asked for my money back. The unit itself only runs for about ten minutes before it needs recharging. I got it mainly to pick up bird seeds from a hardwood floor, should be easy considering the nuts and bolts it's shown picking up in the Infomercial. It will only pick up when moving in a forward direction and it does not always pick up things, more than one pass over the area is required to pick up seeds that are thrown back out of or miss the tray. If I use it on a carpeted area the run time is cut in half, in other words, almost useless. I strongly suggest not buying this sweeper, shop around, there are better units to be had. I have since bought a much less expensive sweeper that picks up in any direction, keeps everything in the tray and will run for several days without recharging.
