Effective, but hard to keep up with

This program, if used as suggested, is quite effective. However, I had a difficult time eating (over a long period of time) as often as this program suggests. I work all day and having to heat up my food (lots of protien for my program needs) was hard for me. If you have the ability to make food at least 6 times a day and will do the exercises religiously, you'll get results. ...But, isn't that the idea of ANY decent, effective diet?... Diet and exercise - it works. ;)
