Bought at [] because the website was way too expensive. I have IBS and severe constipation just like the other review. I am desperate for relief so I was hopeful because of the infomercial. Im almost done with the 30 day kit. I am up to 6 a day with one bowel movement a day. Wahoo! Nothing has happened that was promised and now I feel like a fool for spending the $40.00. It is getting very hard to trust anyone that promises results. [], here I come.
Get a better product!

save the time and trouble. Go to your local [] and they will recommend a complete body cleanse that [] makes and guarantees. It has more ingredients, lists how much of them (unlike dual action), is only 7 days, and at the time of this was cheaper. If you do have any issues you can even take it back and dont have to worry about any shipping or customer service problems.

So far, this product has definitely worked for me. I have so far combined it with a pretty high fiber diet and definitely the required amount of water. I haven't had the cramping or any other pains that anyone has stated here, and it's definitely kept things "moving" haha...I haven't been using it for that long, but I don't think I will have to move up beyond 2 pills/time per day...perhaps people are getting these symptoms because they are taking the biggest dose (3 pills/time per day [6pills a day].) Your body may not need that much and be reacting negatively.

This stuff doesn't do it for me. If you have bowel problems, try Miralax. I have IBS with severe constipation. Miralax turned me into a normal person. It works...PERIOD.

I bought the product after seeing the commercial. Anyway, the product made my stomach hurt so bad that I decided not to try it after the second day. It wasn't worth the upset stomach. I sent the product back and requested a refund in my letter. It took over 6 weeks of constant calling and following up. I eventually got my refund. No matter what, I have always gotten a refund back from these types of gimics, you just have to make sure that when you send it back, you pay for it to be tracked and get a delivery receipt. Therefore, you have proof that you sent it back. I was told that I would receive a check in the mail, but they ended up credited my account instead.

I bought this product at my local store and after seeing the ad on TV, was conviced this would work. I took the product as instructed for the first week with nothing but painful bloating. After the second week, I did pass good stools, but nothing out of the ordinary. After taking both bottles with little results, I am convinced that all I did was waste my money!!!!

Just Started this product and the next moring after taking I had good release. I think what is missing in the packaging in the product is a diet program. Just like any other colon cleanser you have to eat a healthy diet during the process. You can't drink alcohol, over eat, dive into candy and sweet on top of fatty foods and expect the product to work properly. Use some sense for your self stop blaming the product. I say call it operator error.

Used Dual Action Cleanse for one month, it produced average results, but not what it promised. Tried using more of the product, as instructed, to get the maximum results and had very bad diahrea. When I tried to cancel and return the unopened product they keep sending, was treated very rudely ..told I could not returned any products and would not be reimbursed for the cost. Asked to speak to a supervisor, was told absolutely not...and the ultimate insult.. the rep hung up on me. They totally mislead people into thinking if you do not like the product you can cancel or return it. I think this is worse then if the product was bad.

On the infomercial, the man talked about how this product would not cause soft or runny stool - for the first two weeks I had nothing but soft or runny stool. After two weeks, I stopped using it. I didn't have a chance to call them and return it in time - they didn't care that they engaged in false advertising and they wouldn't give me my money back. Not only that, but they sent me more pills! When I said I was willing to try it but can't afford to waste this kind of money considering it didn't work for me, they said, "Oh, just give it as a gift." I swore at them and hung up. They were so unhelpful and rude, I felt inclined to show them the same "respect" they showed me. Horrible product, horrible customer service.

I am sure I had build-up and being over 50 decided to try. It worked great for me, I lost 15 pounds using it. If you are a Twiggy weight about 100 pounds it probably won't work for you, but it did for me, and it is one of the infomercials I loved!

I lost 46 lbs and, feel great with more energy.I go at least 4 times a day stool is larger and, cleaner. You have to follow instructions ,drink lots of water and, change your eating habits.Fresh fruits and, veggies are a must and, take with meals please.A Healthy diet is a must.Three meals a day with a balance of carbs,fruits, and ,veggies , dairy in moderation is the way to go.I drink no soda at all mostly water a little wine with meals at night followed with water at least 5 to 8 glasses a day.

First-the product did nothing for me. I was very dissapointed. But much more importantly-they did not ask if I would allow them to automatically ship the product to me every 2 months and charge my credit card but did so anyway and continue to do so! I agreed to a one time purchase and so I call them to say I want to return the unordered unwanted products and I'm told they don't accept returns! What a bunch of creeps. They even continued sending the product after I cancelled it! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. They are theives!

I tried this product with skepticism on my back. Whenever a cleanse is done you have to expect more frequent movements, discomfort, diareaha, etc. That comes with any cleanse. It was nothing uncontrollable, these symptoms subsided in the first week. As a result the bowel movements are regular, and fuller, and I am less bloated..so I guess it worked.

The product is very average. I think the company is a scam. I never received what I actually ordered and they keep shipping and charging me even though I cancelled any and all orders. Try talking to someone who is actually qualified to help - it will not happen. You will be switched from person to person, are on hold forever and finally you will be disconnected.

I found that the product did cleanse my colon but what I didn't like was the fiber supplement. Given the price of the fiber supplement you can buy Metamucil at the store for a lot less money and I found that it did a much better job. Bottom line is that there are products at the drug store that do the same thing just for a lot less money.

This product really works! Since it is expelling toxins from the body, I did have some loose stool and mild cramping, which went away after the first week. My bosyfriend and I both had increased energy after fininshing this cleanse and my frequent headaches went away. One thing I did notice is on the days I did not drink at least 8 glasses of water, I would cramp realy bad and feel bloated. However as long as I drank plenty of water it worked just fine. Though it worked great for me, I do believe that this cleanse will work the same for everyone. Your doctor is always a good place to start for recommendations.
